The Eldar are noticably less finished than the other factions

I am expressing my dissatisfaction with the balance of priorities with the dev team. I understand that there are always going to be more LSM/CSM than xenos. That is how GW has made 40k work ever since the mid-90's. But I feel pretty insulted that there isn't even a word on why the Striking Scorpions are still incomplete.

Mandiblasters have been in the tabletop for a very long time and are a basic part of the class. I understood that the timetable for putting the game together was rushed but your continued procrastination on it is just lazy. This isn't the only thing missing or broken either, I'm going to list what else is incomplete from just the Eldar.

    Striking Scorpions:
Mandiblasters, please give an actual timetable and something that shows that you care about Eldar players

Alternate Weapons, give us something other than a chainsword and a better chainsword to choose from
Visual Customization, seriosly? Just give us some shoulderpads just something to spend RTC on

    Warlocks:
The psychic powers are overly simple. For an example Destructor should either do more damage or have a kind of slowing effect like the grav guns do, protect just leaves the warlock vulnerable without providing much benefit

Alternate weapons, I know the two handed weapons are on the way so there isn't much to do with this one

Visual Customization, Zero options? Zero? This is easily the most customizable of all the eldar. Mirror helms, runes, and colors. Go through the old codexes and you will find a ton of stuff for them

    Swooping hawks:
There is precisely one weapon (and the special version) worth taking for this class. That is embarrassing. You guys are better than the balance neglect that the other hawk weapons demonstrate.

All of the hawk grenades are a joke, do any of the million suggestions that people on the forums have made. More power, more disruption, just try literally anything because these are terrible.

    Dark Reapers:
The reaper launcher is probably the weirdest execution of a weapon I've ever seen. Drop the bullshit and make it a reskined autocannon. Your ideas for it are overly complex, just keep it simple until you have the time to work on something unique.

There are other shortcomings (like the fact that some Ork weapons can't reload while braced) but these are the things that stick out to me.

I'm sorry if this comes across as aggressive but I have been asking for mandiblasters for the better part of a year and all I get when I ask for it is attitude like I am a petulant child. Please start working on them, I am fine with more priority for the more popular factions but people will stop playing LSM if there is no one to shoot. Finish the Eldar.

And most importantly, thank you for listening to us fanboys and fangirls complain at you. You don't have an enviable job and despite the difficult circumstances I believe in your ability to make this game a blast. I want to spend more money on this game but right now I have nothing to buy.

    Sincerely,
That Guy Who Complains About Mandiblasters, Esq the 3rd.

What the heck is a mirror helm? Also, visual customization is hardest for the Eldar because there is very little visual customization in the lore. Colors are to be respective to shrine and aspect, and it's not like Eldar paste runes all over their armor or anything. Neither are there any variations to Eldar aspect armor. That's why all we have are pauldrons and, in the future, loincloths.

If you can go through the old codexes and find them, feel free to post them here

A reaper launcher fires missiles, not autocannon shells. They're weaker than autocannons to boot.

This isn't going to end well...

Keep fighting the mandi blaster fight man

Old codex. There's a bunch of customization hidden there that didn't make it into 7e.
Micromissiles. The starswarm mode is kind of a slap in the face to "vaunted accuracy."

Not arguing for @DevilfishJack necessarily, but I understand his gripe (and kind of agree) I have my own, so what can you do.

I know, and for some reason the dev's think that they fire drunk faeries. I would rather a copy/paste weapon than keep having a bizarro weapon that makes no sense.

mirror helm, that might not be the real name (I stopped playing after 6th) but this is what they look like.

I think it'd be better if they just fired a single pod of multiple missiles, with smaller explosions. Sort of like an Eldar plasma gun, except it is only capable of charged shots, does less damage, charges a bit faster, has no AoE, and has no arc so it keeps flying straight until it hits something or runs out of range.

Sort of like in, while I detest using it for accurate depictions of anything 40k related, Dawn of War. Or like a LB5-X AC in mechwarrior, except stronger. Whether the projectiles spread as range increases or not is up to the devs, but since the reaper launcher is a long ranged weapon I would think not. Ideally, the missiles would each be its own projectile, so if only a portion of the missiles hit then it would still do some damage.

Aren't those restricted to those on the Path of the Seer? Not aspect warriors? And I don't ever see anyone but spiritseers wearing those helmets...

Ah! I've been demanding that helmet for the Warlock for a while, I find it would be pretty pointless to add a Spirit Seer to the game as an elite as it would just be a Warlock with a staff and perhaps a wraithguard buff (seems way to situational with lots of teamwork required)

I love the look of it so much.

Warlock is on the path of the seer and is used on a unit which is basically a Warlock
  9. Just popped in to point out that, as an Ork, I'd rather have working Eldar again than the ability to reload my kannon while braced.

Ohhhh man, don't you even go there right now. Not with all the plasma, power axes, grav guns, and many other things clogging the game. You're mashing my triggers...

For the sake of the game, and fun havings, let's lift some of these dumb resrictions a little. Dark reapers have 3 (fucking three) options of weapons. One of them sucks and the other can't be braced (which is very debilitating and obnoxious in certain situations). SMs have 5 now?

Here's some possible DR weapons: bright lance, shrieker cannon, starcannon, scatter laser, and maybe a smaller version of the shadow weaver? Sure, most of these are never seen being held by dark reaper's, but what else can we do for them? This arkona planet seems like a special kind of weird fight where everyone from everywhere has decided to fight with all the rare/unique weapons. That's fine, I can dig that. Dark reapers need variety (and a couple buffs, and a bracable tempest launcher). Also, animation polish is needed, like readying/aiming heavy weapons doesn't have a crouched version of the animation, which forces you to stand for a second. Weird shit.

Swooping hawks' hawksear grenades just suck and don't mesh with their playstyle of being flying sniping harassing shitlords. The damage is abhorrent and trying to throw that many grenades in quick succession causes "jamming" bugs (I don't know how else to describe it, it just gets stuck sometimes). Also animation polish, and the semi-auto hunter's mark still has a full auto sound (lazy gun design and sounds awful, come on).

Striking scorpions and howling banshees need more weapon veriety. Dump in those exarch weapons already. Why not? Also animation polish (see a trend?).

Warlocks seem to have a lack of variety in spells compared to sorcerers. Protect seems really lackluster considering you have to channel it, it's centered on you and it's range is pretty small, and it's just a resistance buff. Also, my embolden warlock is holding his spell like a pistol now? Has been doing this for quite a while now. Also, animation polish, customization, yada yada.

I haven't bought any customizations for eldar yet because they all suck. I'm still sitting on 30k gamebux (I got a surprise 10k for some unknown reason) and if they added that helm for the warlock I would get it.
