Leo sat on a bar stool and leaned his head on his palm, elbow resting on the counter. One hand fiddled with his spiked collar bored. "You really want to off the, lass?" He took one glance at the toweled lady. "I don't know what got you all so damn twitchy, shame to lose eye candy like that. Just whip some discipline into her and get her in on the business." He sighed and rubbed his drowsy eyes again, yawning wide. Didn't seem people gave him much mind at the moment. "I'll have to have a talk with our bouncers, letting people walk in here with guns in this neighborhood. It is like asking to get our place shot up." He pat his pockets and found a crumpled cigarette pack in one. Without saying anything further he stood up, put one cigarette hanging loosely on his lip and went for a smoke outside by the front door. When he passed Matias, he took a sniff nonchalantly to remember the ganger prospects scent. Who knows, maybe he'd have to hunt the bastard down later if he screwed Redlight Runners over. Outside he lit his smoke with a beat up zippo that barely worked and sighed.
"Understood." Matias responded quickly as a bit of his training kicked in. Thankfully he didn't fall into attention, he knew showing a sign of proper training would raise questions he'd rather not answer. A lot of people down here don't appreciate the Enforcers, he wasn't blind to that. Even if he was no longer welcomed within their ranks he doubted some hive scum would care. "If that's all you needed to tell me would you mind pointing me towards a place I can put my things?" @Keidivh
Corvie shifted uneasily in her chair, she didn't like this. Not one bit. "Come on now,we don't need to kill her, I mean look at her, she doesn't even have clothes, She's harmless." Corvie looks at Yavana almost pleadingly "maybe she could work with the rest of the girls? We could get that tattoo removed, the magos can do that... cant he?"
Tiny looked to Corvie, and heard her pleas for mercy. Usually he'd be willing to grant it, but this time he was adamant, it had to happen. "Corvie, she knows too much, and she has a gang allegiance already. We can't trust her not to snitch, no matter what she tells us. She has to die." He said this in the most comforting tone he could, though it wasn't much considering the biological makeup of his throat preventing this, as well as his eyes being generally unsettling.
Outside, halfway through his cigarette and having set their bouncers right to frisk people for guns when entering their club, Leo got a thought and headed back inside. He went straight for the toweled gal. "Alright, kids. Settle down, here's what we're gonna do. No one is gonna get clipped, yet." He took a heavy drag of his smoke and wrapped a hand around the girl. "You're in a heavy pickle right now, but Leo's got ya. You're gonna give us all you've ever known. About your life, your gang, your favourite colour and brand of drug and so on and so forth. Give us all the juicy bits and trade secrets." He gestured with his free hand as he talked, looking into the girl's eyes. "In exchange, we don't have to bury you and you don't have to worry about retribution of your mates for you selling em out, you with me so far, darling?" He looked up to the other members. "That's alright with you all, ain't it." It was more of a statement than question. "What's your name, love?" he asked of the near naked lass in his arm.
"Now pooch, I ain't inclined to let her go, she knows too much, and we can't throw the dice and hope she's trustworthy. If she necessarily has to live, throw her in the damn basement with a damn collar or something, though I ain't bearing the cost of that. He then pulled out his pistol and pointed it towards her head. "OR, I can just pull this here trigger, and all the problems go away." He then looked expectantly at the others, awaiting an answer.
Corvie upon seeing this pulls out both her laspistols and point one at T's head and one at his lap. "now listen here you shitty rat, one move and that cheep suit will be full of las burn"
Honestly, this was the last thing that she needed to deal with right now. What was supposed to be a quiet morning had turned into an absolute shit show with the unexpected arrival of Durijem and the unfortunate witness to his joining the Runners. She couldn't leave. If word got out about this it would mean their deaths for certain, she couldn't take that risk. But now Corvie was pleading with her, using her large puppy dog eyes to try and sway her. Damnit, why does that still work on me? The witch continued to gaze at the now shivering girl as she pondered what to do. She didn't want to kill her. She wanted to keep the Runners safe. But perhaps Leo was right, maybe this could be handled another way, though it left an uneasy feeling in the pit of her stomach. @Wata @The_Raven @CupcaknHell Leo decided to interject himself, 'saving' the girl from her fate. If she would actually be loyal to the Runners, then she would have no problem with that. But there was no guarantee she would. "Fine you two, we can try it this way. But T has a point as well, we can't fully trust her. At the very least she will have a collar to keep her in the club." Hey yellow eyes than wandered back over to the shivering girl who now had Leo's arm draped around her. "I trust you don't have an issue with this miss?" What T said seemed to strike a nerve with Corvie who drew her fracking weapons on him. In an instant she was on her, grabbing her wrists , a look of outrage on her face. "Corvie, we do not raise weapons against our own!"
Tiny upon seeing this stated calmly. "You're not shooting me kid, that'd as it is be against the Runner's values, and you'd be shot in kind. Plus, I'm wearing armour, I'm pretty sure I'd survive." He then smiled at her, staring into her eyes to gauge her facial expressions. "And I'll have you know, the suit wasn't cheap."
@Keidivh Corvie turned on her with a surprising look of savagery and hatred, then upon recognizing who it was that look instantly faded and she stopped offering any form of resistance, even letting Yavana take her weapons. "Since when did we start murdering unarmed people? By the Emperor you all are as bad as the Enforcers" Wish this she stood up and stormed back through to the back room, unable to veiw what was about to happen.
