It should just be an immediate ban from the forums honestly, if I was posting stupid drivel on a forum that had nothing to do with the subject material of the forum I'm on "AKA warhammer 40000" I would expect harsh punishment. Kinda like if we started a thread on politics or religion. It has no place here because this isn't a forum dedicated to those things.
Banning is going a little overboard. A warning or two before some action is taken is always what you wanna go for in any situation, the forum shouldnt be moderated like a labor camp. There is better ways to make people realize some things arent for this forum, and i think most of us here are mature people that can understand such instructions. Im personally not currently seeing the forum drowned in ponies, so im guessing that people are getting the memo.
I think banning is a bit childish (yes I realize its ironic for the topic) and kinda uneccesary, but you're completley right for the subject part. This is a warhammer 40k forum for warhammer 40k. Not a forum for My little blah blah, blah blah blah is blahsip. Word of advice Only stay away from the RAGE bronies (85% of them) oh and "cloppers" of course (also 85% of them) The other 15% is pretty cool and don't go around being huge jerks.
It's true MLP:FiM has a group of people others would rather not associate with, but then again so do other fanbases. There are amazing artist's and musicians that like MLP too, not just the people who want to shove it down someone else's throat. Heck, apart from my avatar I haven't posted about the show since I've joined this forum. "GodEmperorTitus" nailed it with the image he posted on the last page.
;-;, im not liek that v.v Personally, i don't even call mysefl a brony, simply because my fandom is full of "cloppers" and "ragers". it's sad to think that im apart of something liek that and i wish i wasn't but most of the pony music is glorious. Key word there boys. like i stated early in this thread, im only into mlp because myg f dragged me into it and i wish i wasn't in it. also taukoro, im not anti-social. i have a rather large group of friends.
