    Asmodeus smiled with a nod, "Perhaps I have grown to easy to read and drinking to much wine.." He raised his hand towards the door, "Of course you may take your leave, Lurielle. As any other may, should they wish to retire for the time being. I shall send someone to fetch you later when we need speak again. Feel free to explore some of the ship...Except the lower levels. Those are strictly off limits. You will know them as they will be guarded and require clearence, of sorts, to enter. Other than that, you may enjoy what my ship has to offer. Everyone on board has been made away of your presence and status, so you will have no trouble. To assist each of you, with all your needs, I have assigned the slaves that brought each of you to this room to each of you personally. If you have questions, they shall answer it for you. Do please be kind to them, as with any beautiful slave they were no cheap by any means."

    Felana could see that Lurielle was becoming increasingly frustrated with the situation even sounding annoyed. Tau and human may have similiar physiology but they don't have the same psychology. Being inducted at such a young age to amilitary academy and being deployed so early in ones teens years would have a effect on how one developed mentally.

    It was one of the reasons why the gang began using replicas that would age faster when they were young and have implanted memories so they would learn faster when they were older.

    Felana wondered if the Tau had veterns or fire warriors with there initiates during this trial of fire so onre could learn from a more experienced tau If not it coupld have the poteintal to go very wrong very fast.

    Deciding to leave some questions for later she took another drink of wine finishing her glass the effects not taking much on her from passed experience drinking.

    Felana deciding to take bite to eat shse cut into her steak oddly enough it was very rare just to her liking taking her fill she began to slowly eat as Lurielle spoke only notcing at the end of her speach a bit of fear in her voice.

    Felana wondered for a moment if she could help her out before, Asmodeus let them be excuse from the table. "Thank you Lord Asmodeus again for being such a spectacular host." Felana said to Lord Asmodeus.

    Looking over Lurielle Felana thought of a way to possibly put Lurielle in a better move. "Hey Lurielle want come and see if there is a observation deck here with me? Might have a good view of the stars if there is one." Felana said hoping it could cheer her back up.

    "I will choose to retire in our room. Obviously I will leave the door unlocked since I doubt either of us will need any kind of special privacy." Lurielle let Latrynix know before turning to Felana.

    @Vulpas
    "Hey Lena. If you are up to it, I can let you know more, just knock on the room door whenever you feel like. I will have to decline your offer for now, however." The Pulserifle-swinging woman informed her before getting up and heading for the exit.

    ~~ Out of the Great Hall ~~
    Being the first up, Lurielle walked in a quick version of a soldier march to the exit, ignoring the hedonistic individuals across the floors or even on the tables. Once out she sighed in great relief. "Back to Latrynix and my room, please."

    Hmmm seems I maybe on my own for this one. Felana thought to herself deciding to do a little exploring before heading back to Lurielle's for a talk on Tau history Felana decided to do a bit of exploring looking over to the slave her here she looked to them.

    "So before I retire could you tell me your name and what's parts of the ship we can go to and explore besides the off limit lower sections of the ship we aren't suppose to go to?, I want to do a bit of exploration before I head back to my quarter and have a few discussions with Lurielle." Felana said looking to the slave that brought her here.

    Tyresius got up from his table, "I shall return to my room, Lord Asmodeus." With that, the Plague marine returned to his quarters. Upon entering, he noted the complete unfamiliarity with what he was used to. That must be.....corrected. Tyresius called for the slaves to remove several of the more....expensive looking furniture, as Lord Asmodeus would probably not appreciate any damage to them. once most of it was removed, he had the door closed and proceeded to the center of the room.

    "Let the rot of the plague-lord transform this place into a sanctum to his glory...." From outside, a chanting could be heard. within the walls of his room, a mark of nurgle appeared below him as his prayers called on nurgles influence to transform the room. the spread of a strange mass began to infect the room and soon most of what could not be removed was transformed into decayed matter. Soon the room resembled what would happen if you allowed nurgle to extend his garden onto your ship. "Much better...." said tyresius, as he resigned himself to a restful prayer to nurgle until he was called upon, or someone came to visit him.
  6. Going back to his room, with the slaves that had been now assigned to him, it was quiet a thing to get slaves before anything was done, he had done work with mercenaries before, but this was quiet something special, ofcause too good to be true without a fair share of catches and the liking, Asmodeus had either a good seer or counted very much on his luck to try and get what Beowulf expected to be a battleforce, this way in the kind of dump of witch they now where to travel away from.

    As they got back to the room, he ofcause could still see that the furniture was not designed for one of his size, "You, make something usefull of this furniture, a grand seat or something of the liking," he said before looking to the two others, "You will assist me in removing my armour, lay it close so i can get it back on quickly." he said before he himself started on the work.
    Afterwards he still carried his sword with him, one could never be too safe, then came the next orders, "two of you, get some proper food, preferably red meat, and a strong drink. the last can go get me some proper clothes for when i am not in clad in my armour.
    He said as he sat down in his seat, it was a bit shambolic, but it was a start.
    Now it was just to wait for either something to happen, or grow too bored, surely this place also had a training area for later.

    Latrynix at first listened into the conversations that everyone held with their new employer, hoping to glean some information that could be of use, when it came to planning just how exactly she was going to ensure that she remained sane and alive for the duration. This likely meant being able to manipulate everyone into doing her bidding, biting bullets meant for her, and so on.

    ~~~~~~
    Given the initial start between the two plague-infested members of the group, which she could be sum up as a neutral acceptance for the Marine, and a somewhat irate request for why the other disease worshipper hadn't acknowledged their host.
    Then the conversation with Tyresius turned to what he could do (Simple Marine duties, but one never knew when such brute force was needed), and took another twist when said Plague Marine interjected into the conversation between Lurielle about Tau Government and simply pointed out the lack of freedom both government's 'provided'.
    Evidently, the Plague Marine was a simple character who merely wished to worship and gain glory, and a simple character was likely to be vulnerable to some manipulation if strung along according to his goal. At this rate, what would be a character flaw would instead become a valuable asset to her.
    ~~~~~~

    When it came to Lurielle's own conversation (barring Tyresius' interjection), the Wych was surprised to hear that her friend had just happened upon one key reason they were here (namly, being outsiders on the ship and so having no entrenched loyalties), then there was an interest in Felana's skills (which sounded curiously like a Haemonculus' line of work.)

    Then came the discussion on Tau Government (as to which, she couldn't care less apart from the general impression that it wasn't equal as it pretended to be), but there was the issue of egotism brought up in the midst of it, which could be a powerful motivator for Beowolf, if the Dark Eldar could convince him that serving her would do wonders to advance his personal glory given his obsession about his 'saga'.

    That seemed to have lead onto her friend being chastised for insulting the Plague Marine, and then to complaining about her past being picked apart (Rendering the past a potent subject for losing the Tau-woman's loyalty). Finally, there came the nailing on the head that this meeting was to assess everyone who had joined the crew, and Thexia was somewhat delighted that she'd managed to misdirect someone into thinking she was just nothing more than eye-candy with some interrogation skills.

    However, the fear that she could almost taste from her friend led to the consideration that perhaps Lurielle was very much out of her depth in such a deadly place, before the obvious excuse to get away from the table after sensing that the Tau-woman had restrained herself from acting rashly.=

    ~~~~~~
    Needless to say, the rather hostile response to Malrak's request for knowledge did implicate to her that although the Lord strived to appear benevolent, it was rather easy to give a bad impression by asking for more than he had given, which pretty much further built up the mental picture that the façade of goodness was nought but a lie to make everyone content with their lot and not dig into the further details behind what their boss had planned.
    But that did give her an insight into how to turn Malrak into nothing more than a puppet, given that such a quest for knowledge meant that she could hold such knowledge of the Dark City hostage, and make her bidding his price for learning it from her. For obvious reasons of thinking she knew how to manipulate at least three (Tyresius, Beowolf and Malrak ) people into her servants, that drew a small, pleasant smile to her face as she kept eating through the conversations.
    Given how everyone that had conversed at length seemed to have laid themselves bare during a single meal, Latrynix started to feel that her work of both staying alive and sane, doing the same for anyone else who cared and defending the team from Asmodeus was rather cut out for her. Not to matter, it would just like being in Commorragh again where scheming was as natural as breathing for the Eladrith Ynneas.
    ~~~~~~

    Finally, it seemed Latrynix was under the spotlight, given she now had a question about why she was here. She had also decided that the less she revealed about herself the better, given that she didn't want to let slip any material that the Lord could use as leverage against her should he focus on her as a threat to his power. So she replied "Funnily enough, Vilanica didn't talk me into this. And I suppose a more direct answer to your question would be that I did not want to rot away in the Hole like a prisoner."

    However, she also had to let slip enough minor information to make any leaving of the table seem like a natural point to stop conversing, rather than an crude attempt to avoid revealing too much about herself, like the events that lead her to leaving the Dark City in the first place, or a discussion Commorrite history that might leave her open to a verbal probe to see how easy she was to anger.

    Needless to say, to assume that Thexia felt like she had never left Commorragh would be an accurate assessment, with all the planning that she needed to do in order to plot a course to survive and perhaps even thrive in such a potentially deadly environment. It was like home away from home, just minus the threat of being sold into slavery for the sake of a better business deal! (Perhaps her standards had slipped a little.)

  8. The voices eventually subsided when a small argument broke out between some of the other members about philosophy. Malrak had no need to get involved and quickly remembered he was actually quite hungry and began eating. The way he ate had no grace to it as he basically shoved food under his hood which he quickly devoured like some kind of animal. Soon enough the food on his plate, whatever it was he didn't really look at it long enough to inspect it was gone. He then took a glass of wine and drank it in an instant to wash it down the alcohol hit him almost immediately but wasn't such a light weight and just felt a little dizzy. When Asmodeus said they were free to leave he spoke. "Then I shall take my leave, Lord Asmodeus." He then stood up, took his staff into his hands, bowed, and made for the door paying no attention to the hedonism around him.

    Upon exiting he looked to the slave that lead him earlier. "My room." He said indifferently not seeing the point of being polite to a slave. Once she lead him to his room he turned to her "You are dismissed." He said waving a hand indicating she could leave. He then entered his room and leaned his staff in a corner and took off his cloak and stretched with his joints cracking and a sigh of relief escaping his mouth. Today's proceedings had not gone terribly in fact things were going well, he was off of that forsaken station and on a rather luxurious ship as a servant to it's lord. Granted said lord was a Slaaneshi but things could be much worse he thought as he took off his shirt revealing the rather thick book chained to his waist. "Hmm I suppose I might as well record today along with a few theories of mine." He said to himself as he took the book into his hands and opened it to where he last left off and took the pen that was clipped to the cover.

    He then sat down with his legs criss crossed and placed the book and pen on the ground in front of him and placed his hands on his knees and levitated himself and the objects in front of him. He then moved the pen to the pages and started to write out the days events with some extra notes and thoughts in between the paragraphs retelling the day to every last detail. It was an activity he rather enjoyed actually, something to put his mind to when there was nothing else to do and allow him to theorize and analyze as much as he wanted with all of the information right in front of him. However he also wanted to listen to Lurielle's telling of the history of the Tau but he wasn't invited but that didn't mean he could attempt to listen in or possibly use Nightshroud to enter the room unseen. A plan quickly formed in his head as he finished up his journal entry.

    Lurielle arrived safely at her room. "If you don't mind, please wait out here. Take a break if you have to, get some water, wine or whatever you like.... I don't like the idea of a slave, so I rather call you a friendly guide and friend, yes? Feel free to come and go as you like, even hang out inside or take a nap and such. Also.... You don't have to run around that... Barely dressed if you don't like. Up to you." The Tau-ally rambled, giving the 'slave' a gentle pat on the shoulder.

    Without her knowledge, Malrak slipped into the room when she walked into the room herself. She threw her Pulse Rifle on the couch, pistol and knife were placed on the table. The knife was still in it's sheath, but Malrak would be able to see the eight-pointed star on the hilt. He did not see it before because Lurielle had the knife with it pointing towards her Thigh. "A bath.... Yes a bath I need.... I hope Latrynix doesn't mind." She sighed and flexed her neck, putting her armor off and placing it afterwards on the couch in an orderly fashion. The human teenager in her seventeens just stood there in a tight, midnight blue bodyglove, revealing basically her entire body to the Tzeentchian spy with little room for imagination. It almost looked like it was merely painted on.

    Doing a few stretches, which also included a bend-over coincidentally exposing her behind to the Tzeentchian almost as if she knew he was there, she eventually felt ready to take her bath and disappeared into the bathroom.
  10. Malrak who had entered using a special form of telepathy called Nightshroud that rendered him completely unoticable to those in his vicinity was averting his eyes from Lurielle's stretching. He had no intrest in spying on her to catch sights such as that though he would secretly admit to himself that is wasn't a bad view he quickly shot and burnt the minuscule thought. Once the woman had entered her bathroom he silently went over to the table to inspect the curious knife that bore the chaos star. He dared not pick it up at the chance of exposing himself but he was intrigued why someone that was completely unaware of the warp or chaos until a few hours ago would have such a thing on her person. After getting a closer look he simply concluded it was a ritual dagger and not much else and he quickly grabbed his journel to draw a quick sketch of it.

    He wasn't wearing the top half of his robe so he could have easy access to the book permanently chained to his waist but he did put his cloak on so if he was discovered they at least wouldn't see his face. Not that it mattered his cloak was pretty distinguishable and he was the only normal sized human male in their group that wasn't a walking corpse so he had to keep the Nightshroud going and leave when he had gotten all the information he wanted. Which was all of it so he would need to take care to conserve his energy and write everything that was said irregardless of it's relevance to the Tau. Thankfully he was able to write incredibly quickly using his powers but to be careful to keep his writing absolutely quiet in the event the Nightshroud looses it's potency. With his sketch of the dagger done he levitated himself to the ceiling of the room and went into the corner closest to the door and began waiting with his pen and book floating in front of him.
