    Seeing the Raven that had helped her get in trapped in a cage, Phoenix gave him a sympatric look as she left, a look that was rather genuine considering that he had been nice company for her. Still, that was a small feeling that she held on her walk down the path she had been pointed down to by one of the guards, uneasy being in the forest without someone who really knew it.

    Suffice to say, Ellyaina's unease in the forest was replaced by the shock at seeing the ruins of the city in the trees, the lifelessness and the silence of it all darkening her mood considerably as her mind processed what had likely happened here.

    That was not helped when the Knight of Hell's eyes locked upon the mockery of life that was the pitched black humanoid sitting on top of the gazebo, and felt the same wrongness that Rico had emitted... Still, it hadn't done anything hostile yet, so she said to Mystic ( @Wincent ) "Be on your guard. That thing is something that shouldn't exist." Still, she then carefully approached the creature, keeping her eyes and ears open for anything odd (and her distance) as she said "Well.... What are you?"
  2. Mystic froze... staring up towards the shadowy figure. Her hand clenched as she could indeed feel its void precence... but also, its incredible power. She muttered something to herself before talking to Ellyania.
    "I don't think that matters... "
    She steps forwards aswell, but not in an agressive way, her hands flowing and moving behind her back as she seems to be doing something, tho not seeable yet.
    "And, Phoenix dear. I would suggest that you start backing... NOW."
    Her voice, even if keeping the same kind of way of speech, has a clear and serious chill in it. She isn't kidding around and she is absolutely being 100% serious.
    "He is far out of your leauge... and even if I dislike to say it... I would say that he is way beyond mine aswell."

    Hallow had decided to go with them aswell, while she was quite dissapointed in the quality of guns they were using was she sure they would be sufficent. She was sitting in one of the veichles herself, giggling to herself. She reaches into her book and opens the spell to the right page. She begins to cast the bone armor spell again, a soft green light covering all of them, and soon the gang members were clad in terrifying bone armor.

    not only was it armor against damage, it also made them feel more powerfull... more bloodthirsty. It simply gave them a strange, unatural rush. (of course quite limited, not enough to make them drive into a wall or anything)
  3. It could have gorne atlot worse than it did, for now atleast, with whatever this place holds Daniel was quiet sure that it still could, though for now he would just have to ride with it and enjoy his *diplomatic immunity* while it lasted.
    The nightvision was a welcome bonus, and would surely come in handy in this dark forest, though for now the military squad was properbly the best chance for short sighted survival.
    "So are you guys allowed to talk to me? or is there strickt rules for what you do?"
  4. The Crimson Beast cackled madly as everything was falling into place. Unfortunate as it was for the large snake to not end up crushed underneath the tree, pinning the Serpent under it was more then enough to work with. Two large sharpened claws emerged from the Beast and began to tear into the more damaged portions of his hardened bone carapace. An enjoyable process it was not, as the connections of sinew snapped as two chunks of the bone was torn off violently. It was at this point the monstrosity charged at the trapped snake creature and tossed the chunks of bone toward its eyes as the distance was closing between them. Hopefully with the snake distracted by the two thrown projectiles it wouldn't notice the sanguinary monster nearing till it was already too late. With that it went right for the throat to finish the serpent off and hopefully rid itself of this mental trickery that has consumed it's mind.

    The Prophet stared blankly at the creature for several seconds. If this creature was an alarm of sorts, the Druid would know they were there, and his poorly equipped cult would be in GRAVE danger.

    "We need to move." he said. "NOW. Stay low and stay hidden. That thing might've been an alarm. I will not lose the Umbrarum, do you hear me!? Everything depends on it!"

    The cult moved, silent and, frankly, scared.

    After a short while of waiting for the lords to finish their meeting with him being able to hear several growls and other noises coming from the den. He seemed to be out of range of the wolves' shared telepathy so he was unable to hear exactly what was being discussed built could assume at least some of it was about his fate. Eventually the one that brought him there came back to the surface. "You're fate has been decided." He said looking down at him. "You will live but under these conditions. First, you will assist us in tracking down the Wizard you mentioned. Second, you will stop using that form. Third, once all business is completed you will never return to this realm.”

    After filing several papers about the police cruiser that was destroyed the other day(and how it was his fault) Serpent noticed the time to leave for the Gallery event was coming close. Morph had said over the phone that his uniform was formal enough and to not worry about an invitation. The guards would find it hard to not let in an eight foot tall lizard man in a WBSA uniform.

    @Wincent
    The gang sped through the streets towards their target, a lonely stretch of street full of abandoned shops and large warehouses. Most of the seemingly empty buildings were barred off with boards and parts of the street were taped off by the police. Something had happened there the last night and it was big, several chalk lines marking where corpses were found. As such the area was practically abandoned, the one that spoke the most directed Hallow and a large group into one of the boarded up buildings. Plying off the wood they entered an abandoned hidden drug lab. “Well this is what we’re after, looks like something dealt the the previous owners last night.” The speaker said looking to Hallow.

    @Grall_Stonefist
    The one with a large bladed pole arm looked towards Daniel. “They don’t speak english.” They said bluntly. This one wasn’t the one that had brought him to their leader the men assembled here seemed to be from a different unit. Perhaps some kind of scouts as their armor lighter than the others. The one carrying the polearm said something in that oriental language and the group began moving again ignoring the roaring noise in the distance.

    @GobMaw_HellSmasha
    The rather strange method of attack thought up by the mad blob seemed to accomplish it’s initial goal. The shards went directly into the beast’s eyes causing blood and gunk to pour out as the creature roared in pain and anger. It began to flail it’s body blindly out of sheer rage and sense of self preservation. This would scare off most other animals but Bloodbath wasn’t an animal, now that the creature is blind it’s more than vulnerable. All the blob of gore needed to do was pick when to finish the creature off. (You may emote killing the creature)

    The massive cyborg known as Gorgon and the deranged millennia old man only known as Wizbang wandered the dark forest for a good while. The old man dressed in grey wizard robes with a pointy hat mumbled to himself as they walked in circles, squares, triangles, and may other shapes as the mad man lead the way. His mumblings were barely audible but the large cyborg’s systems were able to pick them up. It was complete nonsense, random words and sounds that seemed to just be pouring from his mouth for no discernible reason. However before he could question why on earth he was following this man he heard a large cracking noise as he stepped forward and fell into the earth. Wizbang poked his head over the hole made and looked down at him. “Metal man, this is no time to be fooling around in sinkholes” The old man began but stopped as he floated down into the hole.

    But upon further inspection of his surroundings weren’t that of a simple hole in the ground but that of a wooden building or more accurately a small workshop. Wizbang was quiet now as he moved silently through the room over to a table with something on it. With shaky hands he picked up a long flintlock musket with a strange stock. He looked down at it in his shaky grasp with eyes that seemed to not believe what they’re witnessing. “Metal man, I’m home.”

    @Azathoth
    The cult moved as best the could trying to avoid more bones that seemed to litter the area like landmines. They seemed to be getting close to an important area as why else would there be so many of these things around them? Moving forward they were greeted by a massive graveyard of assorted dead creatures rotting. The air was sour and foul with the strong stench of death and decomposition with the ground a dull grey which contrasted with the crimson plant life that stopped growing around the area.

    @Wincent @Maleth
    The orb showed Mystic much more than just what she sought after, a wolf half a realm away was stealing food, a young drow child was helping carry the wounded after the invaders burned a city, and an uncountable amount of other happenings. Finally she caught a glimpse a large humanoid clad in furs was grasping a strange book of immense power. That is what she could assume to be the powerful mage the spirit spoke of.

    @Vulpas @Valonox
    The duo continued along their path making idle chit chat as the path grew in front of them. The forest which was lush and dark with a thick canopy blocking out the weak light from the sun and moon. That is until the walked a bit further where the plant life seemed to be dying, small beams of light went through the many holes in the canopy revealing dying crimson grass and the dried grey soil beneath. There was something very wrong in this part of the forest, this collective thought was interrupted when a massive animal leapt in front of their path. It was a massive tiger like predator with pitch black fur and green glowing eyes and stripes. Rin would recognise it from ancient writings as a Brevlera, a supposedly extinct beast. Yet a healthy and rather aggressive specimen as right in front of them bearing it’s fangs.

    Mimic nodded in agreement before turning back to his normal self. He was unsure of how the wolves surrounding him would react, but if the Wolf Lord said he would be safe he trusted him. After all wolves were noble creatures... weren't they? He really didn't want to track down the wizard but between that or dying he would help. The second request was no issue, after all it was an insult in this realm and he didn't wish anymore issues caused by it. But the third one... well that would really depend on if he COULD leave this realm.

    "I will abide by your ruling Lord, and I will do everything in my power to assist you." He wasn't really sure what to do so he bowed to the Wolf Lord as if seeing a King or Queen from his own realm. "Where shall we begin?"
  8. The Crimson Monstrosity was already charging toward the large serpentine creature as its armor plates found their mark and dug directly into the eyes, blinding the snake and all but sealing it's fate. As the serpent thrashed about frantically in an act of desperation, the sanguinary form of the abomination slammed headlong into it's head, forcing the snake's head upwards due to the sheer force and momentum of the blood red beast. Now in prime position to finish the snake off once and for all a series of tendrils bursts out from the Crimson creatures sides and began to dig into the gigantic serpent's face, effectively latching itself onto the unfortunate animal's head as it continued thrash about wildly in confusion and pain.

    Taking into account the snake's especially durable hide, two ripping claws began to rip into the the already damaged portions of the Serpent's bleeding head from earlier. The blood red beast began to madly claw away at the Snake's head till it effectively ripped out a large enough chunk of the scales. The Snake continued to wildly smash its head about the area, trying to shake the monster that's taken hold atop of it, but to no avail. Satisfied with the current predictament, a much larger, sharpened, spinning tendril burst forth from the abomination's back, wiggling and writhing about in the air as the beast glared toward it's target. The tendril suddenly arched forward and pierced the scaleless portion of the snake's head. It continued to drill deeper into the serpent's cranium until it pierced through the bottom of the snake's jaw. At this point the Serpent's wild thrashing ceased all together, as the body simply simply fell forward, hitting the swampy ground with a splash. Where it continued to lay there, still and unmoving.

    The murderous gelatinous mass let out an unearthly howl of primal fury as it's foe lay slain beneath it. Would the illusion end now? Will the trick cease to be? Did it overcome what it needed to rid itself of this bout of madness. It waited for awhile, it's settings did not change. It retracted it's appendages back into it's gelatinous form, it was still in the same place it was. It looked about franctically for anything else near it's position, it's perception of reality remained constant. "What...is...this....MADNESS?!" it growled to itself, "how?...HOW?!...HOOOWWW?!!" It continued to shout as it began to yell essentially. "Who?! WHO?! WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?!?" it began to grow ever frustrated with it's predictament. The Crimson mass decided on taking out it's ever growing frustrations on the fresh corpse of the serpent, ripping and tearing off chunks of scales and tissue as it began to claw madly at the body. Biting off chunks of the serpent's body as an instinctual need to feed took hold over it and began to devour portions of the corpse, like a predator eating it's prey after a successful kill.

    Eventually calming itself down and as the primal fury subsided, it left the half eaten cadeaver of it's meal on the ground where it laid. New thoughts filling it's mind as it stood there thinking. Why did everything seem so real? Was this actually happening? How? Why? Answers it would have to find out for itself it seemed. It picked up a chunk of the dislodged hide of snake off the ground, examining the scales curiously as it did so. "Need..." it muttered to itself as it absorbed the scales into its body "need...find...way". The battle may be over, but the Crimson creature was still in an unfamiliar environment of indeterminable origin. Be it trick or be it real, it would find a way to escape. Even if it had to tear the entire place asunder to do so. With no actual sense of direction in mind-not that it would even know where to go anyways-it continued to move away from the swamp and toward wherever it's instincts would take it.
  9. Hallow looks around, stroking the bottom of her pumpkin helmet
    "Hmm, I had hoped for some fighting, but whatever. It isn't as important"
    She looks around, stretching her neck a bit before turning to her gang
    "Alright, we need to establish controll. We need to make sure others know this area belongs to us. We are gonna take controll here and make sure that we don't let it slip. Every step in growth is important."
    She tilts her head, her voice becomming sweet and light, like if she was talking to a child
    "I assume you guys will be able to handle such a task?"

    Mystic nods faintly

    "Found him"
    She mutters to herself as she focuses and nods calmly
    "He is this way"
    Mystics begins to walk trough the woods, as she has a direction. It is a bit uncertain due to the magic in the air, but she knows she is quite accurate regarding these kinds of things.

    ~Rin~
    Rin brought her bow out ready to fight and pulled an arrow out of her quiver. Her hands started to glow a blueish purple, and seemed to direct the energy to the arrow-head. The arrow now dripped with un-light and fired it at the Brevlera head. She thought to her as she fired 'Right'. The arrow redirected to near the eye hoping to blind the beast. She looked at Lazarus and touched him with her right arm. "You'll be unseen by the creature but I need to concentrate on you. It will tingle also but don't worry about it." She closed her eyes and the blueish purple came from her hands once more. And Lazarus became translucent. "Go I got you. It's weak spots are the eyes focus on them."

    (Casting Shadow Bolt on Arrow and directing it to the Brevlera's right eye, as well as casting Invisbility on Lazarus but requiring focus. Unable to act until spell is released.)

    ~Gorgon~
    Gorgon pulled back his face plate that covered his face. "Hey Wiz you alright?" As he looked around for a light or than the one he created from the roof.
