"Indeed I am." Serpent liked the look of the place, he looked around to every corner as he walked toward the table. He shook the man's hand and sat down.
"Sorry for the delay. Got held up." He smiled and cleared his throat to try and dispel the awkward.
"So, if we could get straight to business, I'd like to know why are you selling, any damage to the property like mildew, vermin, bad neighbors, pipe work...?"
Serpent was quiet for a moment before continuing.
"Or is there something you need to know about me?"

Hearing the wolves speak sent shivers down Mimic's spine. He had no clue what he had been swept up into, and he had no clue how he was going to make it out. Seeing that he was being carried by a Lord he figured it was best not to lie. After all lying is what put him in this situation. He carefully considered his words and what he would say next to this Lord of Wolves.

"Lord I am not part of a pack or den. I am but a lost soul in a strange world. I was stolen from my world and thrown here by the hands of fate." Mimic was visibly shaking by this point, not that anyone could tell as the jostling from the Wolf Lord masked most of it. "I am not even a wolf, I can change my shape. I just want to get home." He had no clue what else he could say, he just hoped that he would not be eaten for being honest.
  3. As the Crimson monstrosity found purchase on the large serpent's head, it couldn't help but notice that the sensations he was experiencing felt rather real for such an elaborate hallucination. It came as a surprise that he actually collided with what felt like a physical object and didn't simply pass through the figment of it's mind that was the large serpent. But this ridiculousness had to end, this charade is over and it's patience was at an end long before this started. Every beast has their weak points, and from it's vantage point it had a decent means of reaching one of them. Sprouting tendrils that sprouted out from the melting areas of it's hardened skeletal armor it proceeded to root itself in the creatures head. It then proceeded to shoot two of the squirming writhing tendrils toward the creature's eyes, and from the eyes it could reach the creatures brain and finish this bout of madness.

Why it was trying to perceive its current situation as if it was actually occurring was a mystery even to itself. But perhaps there was some logic that if it did so, it can be rid of this illusion as if it truly did exist. A shame that this was all just a trick of his mind and nothing more, such an intriguing specimen this beast would be if it was truly real. What it can learn from such a magnificent animal such as this. But there was no point in feeling pity toward a fictious entity brought about by one playing tricks on it, be it the trickery of another or his own mind. Better to end it quickly then to delay it any further.

The Prophet silently watched the strange Void Monk for several seconds. "Another reminder why we should be thankful the Watchers haven't noticed us yet."

He looked at his followers. "Since it's likely some of us may die in the coming battle, I should at least learn your names."

    "Kaedus." A ganger said.

    "Joshua." Said another.

    "Aaron."

    "Bill."

    "Samuel."

    "Geoffrey."

"Ned." The final one said. "The one who died was named Rob."

"Well, friends," The Prophet said, "I'm sorry for dragging you into this mess, but you must fight with certainty. The fate of all Mankind hangs in the balance and if we do not act, now, everything is lost. You saw what I saw, obviously."

"Yes, we did." Ned said. "We will fight and die for you, Prophet. It is for Mankind we fight."

"Then let's move." The Prophet said. And with that the cult sped off, continuing on their path.
  5. The chain of events that happened after he accidentally stepped on the twig was to say the least horrerfying, though Daniel was luckily a bit more used to horror, though still stunned in both a mix of fear and the icy grips of the shadow creatures.
The next ones to arrive was pretty far from what he had expected, humans or atleast human looking soldiers carying modern weapons.
Though their appearance ushered the very sudden disaperance of the shadow creatues, and it was nice that their icy death grips left his shoulders, though the amount of firepower now directed at him was a big minus, and the sudden arrival of yet another figure, though this one could look like a leading figure.
He dident understand a word he said, though it did sound like some asian languege, out of very little else to do, the smartest thing seemed to be to attempt to communicate.
"I dont understand what you are saying, do you speak english?" was what came to mind
  6. Hallow smiles at them all, nodding.
"Good... Good... We need to finish this sector. And take controll over this area"
She motions to a area on the large map lying infront of her.
"As you know the area used to hold meth labs and the like but now is mostly unsued and of little to no worth for the other families."
She taps her bone like finger against the area.
"We need to move in here and take controll, recruiting or killing any that still have any form of precence in this area"
She turns her pumpkin head around towards the gang members

Mystic nods calmly, looking after the group as they drove away. She stood there outside her door a bit before turning around and walking inside. She walks into her library and quickly takes out a weird thin book, when opened revealing a weird, almost multi-dimensional magical map, hovering over it. Mystic begins humming and mumbling a spell, the map gleaming and glowing softly. She used this magical map to search for Phoenixes precence... she needed to talk to her.

"Alright then, Can you point us in a direction to find this druid or at least a location to that will help us find a trail to find him?" Lazarus asked deciding that he learned what was needed for the mission. "These creatures how dangerous are they think any of my gones will stop the creatures the druid made?" Lazarus asked readying to get moving.

The current shifted in their seat. "I got it through a distant relative's will, I don't really have the time or interest to run this kind of business. As for you, I don't really care as long as you have the money." The man said folding his arms. He seemed to not be intimidated by Serpent's size or appearance and really just wanted to get to business.(to be continued through pm)

After a brief conversation and much more running through the forest the wolves arrived at a large clearing in the forest. It was packed full of wolves of varying coats sizes and and even different breeds though the most common was the kind that he was traveling with. The crowds parted ways for the incoming lord that he was riding with some turning and bowing making it quite obvious the one he was ridding is highly respected. At the center of the grounds was a rather large hole in the ground that could be assumed to be the entrance into a great den. Without hesitation the lord he was riding went through the hole into a dark unlit tunnel system. Thankfully his eyes allowed him to see in the dark as the made it into dug out tunnels.

Do to their lack of tools it was a primitive and lacked any decoration. It was simply a large dug out and quite dark tunnel system. Then again it was built by wolves who lack hands so for them this would be quite impressive, after walking through the corridors for a few minutes the lord found a large room that was dug out. Inside this room were several other wolves, each of a different breed. "Ah Lord of the Umbrage Woodlands, you're late and who is that you carry on your back? They appear to be from the Lord of the Iceland's territory." Feminine voice echoed through Mimic's head. "I found him on the way here, I had thought he had managed to escape the emptying of one of the smaller dens but I was mistaken." The one he was riding said as he turned his head towards his back. "You can get off now. Tell them what you told me."

The serpent opened its mouth while Bloodbath attempted to stab into it's eyes. Before the gelatinous mass could move down it's throat more acid came shooting out of the serpent's throat. The acid ate away at the bone plates causing bloodbath pain as it burned into the vulnerable flesh underneath. Next the creature thrashed it's head into a dead tree knocking bloodbath off of it's head. The serpent's head was clearly damaged by bloodbath being on it for that long with scales being melted or torn off receiving lightly bleeding wounds. But the serpent was just trying to protect it's territory before, now it was angry.

Leaving the battlefield behind them with it only being a distant sound by now. The cult moved through the forest, though this side was clearly different. The trees looked sickly and light pierced through a thinning canopy, smaller plants were thriving though with the blood red grass and similarly colored shrubs and other miscellaneous things grew much more abundantly. They were certainly is different territory to where they had entered. Suddenly and almost embarrassingly Bill tripped falling flat on his face. But as the group turned around to see what had happened they saw it wasn't a simple fumbling of footing or stray root but a hand that caused him to fall. A single skeletal hand that was grabbing on to his leg. Bill of course screamed and kicked it away sending small bones flying as the ligaments that held it together had long since decayed.

However before anyone could question what had just happened the bones began reforming on their own. Soon the hand was back and more bones began digging themselves out of the ground. Before long an entire skeleton of some large horned bipedal creature had been formed. It towered over the group for a moment before small blue fires sparked into life in its eye sockets and it let loose a terrifying bellow from lungs that no longer exist.

Lead at gun point by the people that came through the pool, Daniel found himself walking through a plain of blood red tall grass full of bodies. Piles of massive horse sized wolves with coats as black as the night's sky with what seemed to have originally been deer but twisted in some way to be the size of elephant with an unnaturally large and sharp antlers. Soldiers in the same armor as those there were escorting him were piling up more of the creatures or tending to their own dead. Mostly mangled pieces of meat that could be assumed to once be human. In the center of it all there was a figured cloaked in shadows sitting cross-legged in a meditation pose. Though they weren't seated on the ground they were balanced atop a wooden staff. Their form was perfect to the point they could be be mistaken for a statue. The soldiers kneeled forcing Daniel to his knees as well. The one carrying the bladed pole arm kneeled as well but kept their head up looking up at the figure.

A voice beyond Daniel's comprehension came from now where and everywhere at once. The words stung his ears causing his head to throb making his thoughts unravel sending him into the depths of his own consciousness and finding an endless echo. After a few seconds or what seemed like an eternity to him the figure finished speaking and the one carrying the pole arm began speaking. After a break exchange which thankfully was in the Asian sounding language the cloaked one jumped from off the pole and turned to Daniel. Once facing him he would see a ghastly sight. The cloak was actually part of it's body with a skin and a rib cage being practically translucent with a skeletal face with dark eyes that seemed to be gate ways into a void partially covered by the every shifting cloak made of shadows. He could see a lone black heart within the figure's translucent chest beating with vains leading into the cloak. It looked into Daniel's eyes. "What can you do for us?"

After scaring off the hunters and having a rather strange conversation with Raven Phoenix found herself being lead by that Raven to the edge of the forest. When they finally burst through they are greeted with the view of a massive mountain. It's face was covered in white snow with black obsidian making up the majority of the rock. "It will be quite the climb to make it to the palace of the mountain queen. I could simply fly over the range but you don't have wings." The Raven said as it landed on the ground next to her. "We could attempt to make it into the local mountain fort but I doubt they would let in one as strange as you. What do you wish to do?"

    @Vulpas @Valonox
A'bon pointed a feathered finger north and a pathway opened in the trees. "Follow that path, you will find the rest of the way quite obvious. As for the creatures, they are quite mortal you weapons should do fine. But do not underestimate them, most of your legends about supernatural creatures stem from visions of my realm." The god said before returning to his carving. "Get going now, the forest won't be able to withstand this invasion forever."

    @Valonox
Gorgon and Wizbang finished their climb into the trees and were greeted by more spears and yelling in a language Gorgon had no records on. They had climbed their way directly into the middle of a city center in the middle of a meeting. Warriors dressed on bone armor had immediately surrounded them. "I would say I told you so but this was my idea." Wizbang said holding his hands up innocently. He tried saying something in that strange language again but it only proved to make the natives push their spears closer towards them. "I suppose plan g wouldn't be out fo the question?" Wizbang asked pushing his glasses up to align with his eyes.

The gangsters nodded towards her clearly not willing to disagree with her. The speaker cleared his throat. "We'll get ready to move." He said as the others began moving out of the room in a hasty manner.

    (Mystic)
The map twisted and turned as the spell did it's work moving out of the mundane realm into others. It moved through countless worlds each completely different from the last. It eventually stopped in the one known as the Twilight Forest. An archaic realm far from the center that was the mundane realm. How exactly Phoenix managed to end up there was a mystery but there she was plain as day. Just outside one of the many massive forests within the realm near a mountain range.

Hoping off the Wolf Lords back Mimic unintentionally coward in the presence of the Wolf Lord gathering. "Firstly I must apologize. I did not know the laws of your land." Taking a deep breath he continued, maintaining his wolf form so he could at least see if he was about to die. "I am from another world and a changling." He closed his eyes and winced in anticipation of being torn to bits. When that didn't immediately happen he he sighed a breath of relief before continuing once more. "I was fleeing from a wizard that could summon deamonic weapons and another changling. I was flying through an open field one minute and then the next I was crashing into the midnight black canopy of the forest here. I have no idea how or why, but I am here now."

Upon finishing his tale he sat down with his tail between his legs and his head lowered. He felt defeated already. Why did he have to assume that WBSA agents identity. He wouldn't have had the WBSA chasing him now and then wouldn't be stuck here.
