Hallow looks at the gangsters around her, valuating them with her eyes. Mostly just "kids". Men around the age of 20-28. Nothing perticularly interesting really. She sighes as she lands on the table, still keeping the phase abbility ready. "Oh, Dear..." She is answering the question in general, not to a specific person. "For you normal people, that might be the case... but you see, us Supers have a brand to think about. We are who we are, and we don't want others immitating us since that can devalue what we do. Lets say you guys rob a candy store and leave my mark all over the walls. WHAT do you think the media would think of my symbol then?" She waits for someone to answer for a second, before continuing, her hand now outreached, shaped like a claw facing upwards, not really threatening anyone "that it was by a petty thief... a nobody. A unrealistic... For each word, a small green flame appeared over each finger. "... Childish... REDICILOUS... BABY!" She clenches her fist, creating a large green fireball around it, the gangsters backing away but she smiles, the fire dying down. "However, I am reasonable. I will look past this little... missuse of my symbol... in return for one thing." She turns her pumpkin head, as she steps down from the table. "You will all work for me. You will do as I say... and I won't turn your bodies into ash. Is that understood?" Her voice have this sweet tint to it, she seems to be very "happy" at the moment, however there is also a clear feeling of that she could switch for the smallest thing if they argue. Mystic looks after Mimic and Morph... skratching her neck "Well, that was a bit of a fumble, well no matter." She looks back at the two in morphs car... before she opens her book, mumbling something. Her whispering voice echoing trough Morphs head. "Morph, I will take your nephew and his... "friend" to my place and keep an eye on them. Whenever you are done chasing the morpher you can pick them up. You know where I live" She then opens the door to the car and looks into the backseat. "To make sure that you two don't do anything... unsightful" The masked woman looks between the two without anything extra to say. "Will I take you to my place" And without any extra words or such. She opens her book and begins almost singing, her voice a soft German female now, maybe about 20 years old. The 3 is enveloped in a bright soft light before suddenly dissapearing from the car. The travel is quite... discomforting, probably making atleast Alexis dizzy, dependant on how used Rico is to teleportation, he might aswell. As the light fades they are standing in a large room, seemingly massive, reaching out of sight into the roof. On all the walls are books. Tomes, scrolls and diffrent magical objects of differing power. Magical books hover around, flying from bookshelf to bookshelf. Quite the magical place. They are standing in the middle of this circular room. To the right of them is there a painting, halfdone it seems, depicting a swirling vortex of amazing colours and depth. on their left is a large table, covered in books, papers and models, seemingly showing cosmic structure, theoretical magical sentires and much else. It is a amazing collection, quite unique to this world. Mystic turns to the two, the mask not showing it, but she is smiling. "Welcome, to my Library."
Lazarus had finished his noodles a while ago and had been sitting reading a newspaper when a waitress had approached him looking like she was finishing her shift for the day. Deciding to be a bit honest since it wouldn't hurt he set down his newspaper. "Well I am in a bit of a position without a job and I am looking for a bit of work where I wouldn't be on any official papers, I am a bit of a investigator and muscle looking for a job to help pay the bills basically." Lazarus said to the waitress looking at her with his hat on, there was not much harm that could come from it even if the WBSA was told he wasn't a regular here and he hadn't said anything about where he lived.
"Well Dorothy, you're not in Kanas anymore." Elly commented to herself, finding the whole turn of events a bit like the Wizard of Oz, in terms of sudden change of scenery. Still, there wasn't exactly much point in making her unease about how quickly she'd been taken to this place even if she could swear that the whole, dark-colored nature of this place made her feel like she was being watched. However, this wasn't finding a way out of here so the Knight of Hell conjured forth some hellfire for light, then walked forwards along the dirt path to see where it took her.
~Rin~ Rin chuckled a little then looked at Lazarus and smiled. "Well I can help you with work off the books come outside and we can discuss this more and no it's not prostitution." @Vulpas
Lazarus partially chuckled from a stray thought, heh he was to ugly for that there was likely no one sick enough for him. "alright I shall will meet you out there. in 5 minutes." Lazarus said. before going to the bathroom to clean his hands. After thathe would go to meet Rin outside.
Soon finding the dress, Colony extracted it as fast as was arachnidally possible, many small brains working in concert to operate many limbs. Internally, they snickered. It wasn't the size that mattered - at least to themselves, they had a towering intellect. They began looking for a way to escape that wasn't the way they had come in, but if that wasn't possible, they would've reformed Samsa and attempted to simply walk out of the mall itself.
As the lights started to shine Gabriel took two steps back and exclaimed in surprise. As we saw the drones he checked whether they had followed his movement. There was only a negligible pause between her words and the lights. Either they had practiced the timing on this or the woman had turned on the lights herself, meaning she was the technopath. This would be unfortunate, considering her current level of cooperation. He on the other hand should probably start to cooperate as his interlocutor had already a picture of the situation in mind, which he did not seem to be able to shatter. Maybe it would have been better to have played the impressed greenhorn, but that was to late. He let his shoulders sag as if he had given up and started talking: "I was hired by a man. Sandy hair, green eyes, a nose like a potato, which was broken multiple times. We met in a car. Blue Mercedes, top condition. The interior smelled of fir needles. He said he worked for a guy named Vasco, but I did not have much time verifying that. I have no easy way of contacting him, he will notify me, when the next meeting will happen." What Gabriel said was a mixture of lies and truths as that made lying a lot easier. Dropping the name of his employer would hopefully lead to a reaction of some sort, which would help him assess the situation. "My job entailed trying to convince you to stop raiding the stores you attacked and discussing reparations, but that is probably not going to happen." Gabriel spread his arms, encompassing the drones. "Any open questions?"
@GobMaw_HellSmasha @Grall_Stonefist @kanila @Valonox Suddenly those going about their business found themselves in another plane of existence one moment they were in the modern world on the artificial continent known as Novus the next they were in a strange forest with a sky in permanent twilight. Each of them were in a different part of the forest far away from one another, Bloodbath had ended up in some kind of swamp with rotting pitch black trees partially submerged under dark green water with small creatures swimming away from the new thing. Mimic managed to fly into one of the many trees finding himself in the pitch black canopy stumbling around in the dark. Gorgon along with Wizbang ended up near what looked like a small village though they couldn't make out what was living in it. Then Daniel ended up near a the edge of the forest to see a large prairie of blood red tall grass with what appeared to be incredibly tall slender beings made of some kind of completely black substance walking in the grass carrying spears made of the same substance. @Vulpas @Valonox Once calling upon her god Rin and her companion named Lazarus immediately entered into the other realm being greeted with the same scene as last time. A'bon sat on the same rock working on what could be assumed to be the same bow he turned his eyes to the two. "Ah Nightingale it is good you answered my summons and you see to have brought a friend with you too." He said in a fatherly tone though his monstrous voice made it hard to tell for Lazarus. "I suppose you would like to know why I summoned you here?" He asked briefly before continuing. "The forest is being invaded by vengeful spirits from somewhere else exactly where I do not know. They seem to be moving towards the lands of a powerful Druid he seems to have taken something rather important from them. As such they destroy everything in their wake in order to take it back. Armies of creatures under the Druids sway battle them in open prairies between the sections of the forest. Anything that gets in their way is either killed or forced to route this includes the Drow villages. I cannot stop this without them declaring war on the forest itself, as such I require you to resolve this issue, get what the druid stole and give it to me so I can force these armies to leave." The god ordered as he continued to carve the bow. @Azathoth The cult moved through the forest as silently as they could though the alien terrain and small creatures moving about totally unafraid of them did make it easier in theory than practice. Though after trudging through the forest going in the direction the sounds of war seemed to be coming from they would see some semblance of light coming from outside the trees as the sounds became deafening. Upon peaking passed the trees into a clearing they were greeted by a sight of a battle in progress. Hundreds of fully armored and heavily armed Shadow Watcher acolytes moved up in formations against hordes of countless viscous forest creatures, black dire wolves the size of horses, creatures that appeared to have once been deer stood twisted into massive forms with dozens of barbed antlers and standing as tall as elephants, Ravens flew through the sky blotting out the sun for moments before they descended onto some of the smaller groups of acolytes periodically. At the back of the horde stood a being that could be confused with a mythical centaur as it had the lower body of a horse like creature with the upper body of a humanoid though instead of the top section looking human it was covered in matted fur and had the head of a deer. Either some corrupted forest creature or abomination made into a lieutenant by the master of these and many more hordes. "Quite the sight isn't it?" A familiar voice pierced through the noise of battle somehow. To the right siting upon an old stump was the apparition that claimed to be the seventh watcher. "The Fourth decided to invade this forest in response to the book being stolen so far the advance has been unstoppable but as that Druid brings in more beasts from deeper in the forest it will begin to slow. We will loose troops and equipment here that should be kept on watch back home. My disapproval of the forth's actions aside stay away from the lines, they don't know you are here on my orders." The apparition then looked back to the battle contempt to simply watch. @Maleth Phoenix with the only light for miles in her hand walked along the path seeing to occasional creature with glowing eyes scurry away from the light. After walking for a few minutes she noticed the ground was getting wet, increasing her flame slightly she managed to light up her surroundings enough to see that she had stumbled upon some kind of small lake. She would also notice that she wasn't alone either, across on the other side of the lake there was a large bat like creature drinking from the water. It appeared to be blind as it hadn't reacted to the light at all, from where she stood it appeared to be some kind of bat though it was missing the large skin membrane that made up it's wings instead being covered in black fur far too thick to allow flight. @Casavay The spiders would find several vents in the ceiling large enough to get through and made their escape eventually congregating where the vents ended which was on the roof of the mall complex. No one was up there but them so there wasn't any worry of being spotted or pursued. Soon enough some of the spiders also managed to get the dress through the vents as well. All that was left to do was to get home without being spotted as a massive group of spiders. @Schalli The woman listened with the same bored expression and once Gabriel was done she seemed to wake herself up/ "No you said what I needed." The drones kept their weapons trained on the man despite the woman being appeased. "If that's all you really know I guess you can leave" The drones seemed to move their weapons away from the man for a moment. "Unless, you wouldn't mind taking a job I have to offer." A soon as she spoke again the drone's aimed at the man once again. "It's simple guard duty for some rich idiot that's hosting some kind of art even this evening. Just stand around in the basement until midnight and get paid, most of my people declined the job saying it was boring but you're not my people. So what do you say to that?" She asked him. @Wata Once inside Serpent would find the shop built with a high ceiling to allow people like him to walk through it without worrying about hitting their head. An older man behind a counter immediately noticed the new arrival. "Can I help you?" He asked from behind the counter not at all surprised by Serpent's appearance. Someone of his profession had probably see much stranger people. @Wincent (Hallow) The gangsters, all quite terrified nodded profusely in mutual agreement with them all thinking working under someone else was far better than dying by the strange green fire. They all stood still as can be looking at the woman unable to move as they weren't sure it was ok to do anything without her permission. (Mystic) Rico and Alexis laid on the floor with the Alexis holding onto Rico tightly taking full advantage of him forcing her to the ground when the shooting started. Though she now felt slightly nauseous from the sudden teleportation and Rico who had noticed this was trying to push her off of him. "Off!" He shouted to no avail as the bundled up girl wasn't listening as she tried to hold for dear life as her head spun. He made a mixture of a sigh and grumble and gave up, he managed to get himself sat upright with Alexis still holding on for dear life. With his new position he was finally able to take in his surroundings which made his eyes widen in surprise. "Uh quite the collection you have here." He said from his position on the floor.
Hallow smiles as the gang members nod and she claps her hands together "Wonderfull" She steps down from the table, her boots clacking against the floor as she looks at the group. "Oh, don't be afraid. I am not a strict, militaristic nutjob. As long as you do what I say, will I be as kind as a puppy" She giggles to her comparison as she places a hand on her hip, her pumpkin head facing the group. "So, could you please show me what you have planned and what kind of equippment you have? I need to know as much as possible. Mystic looks at the two, tilting her head a bit before giving a soft giggle. "Thank you... I have been gathering things and tomes for a loooong time." She raises her hand and with a soft humm, would Alexis be pushed off Rico, so that he can breathe at the least. "Would you two like something to eat? Something to drink? I would be a bad hosteess if I didn't offer something like that, right?" She sounds very calm and very friendly. Not really what you would expect from her.
The allmost sudden change of suroundings, made Daniel stop in his tracks and hunch low, he had not seen a place Like this before, This dark forest had an unatural air to it. One of the first things he saw was the tall dark creatures stalking through the blood red grass, with spears as black as themselves. Not taking any chances just yet, and also not wanting to miss out on the collection that had been his original target, Daniel pulled out his bioscanner in one hand and turned down the sound before activating it, then he pulled his pistol out in his other hand, he would need to know what this was before he would make a move
