Gaunt, please calm down. This is supposed to be fun and you're taking things far too personally. Yes, you do know more about the lore than I do. You've presented valuable guidance so far and I've used that guidance as best I can. Clarifying the difference between an Admiral and a Lord Admiral is important and I thank you for that. I want to get the lore right. But I want to get the lore right to create an immersive, enjoyable story. I do NOT want to get the lore right in order to fulfill some sort of imaginary checkbox that you seem to think the established body of work has created. I'm not judging you and I don't want to single you out but you've been very insistent on procedure for the navy side and completely rigid on how this story should unfold. I'm not going to defend the ideas I have or try to explain why it's a good idea to listen to an adeptus astartes company, a unit of men with more individual experience than anyone in the imperium, because this argument you've started has somehow gone beyond that. I joined this site to write with others in the 40K universe. I can here to have fun. You are not making this fun. If that's too complicated for you to understand than maybe you shouldn't be in this RP anymore. Why are you so upset about this? Why are you so ready to end this story when you don't even know what I have planed yet? Maybe you should think about that and get back to me. You're an excellent writer and you know a lot more than I do. I'd like your help in getting the details right but I don't want your help if you continue being a jerk.
