Team Grab @bossaroo @Kalle @Vlayden Entering into the barracks area of the base the members of Team Grab ran into the first group they had encountered since the sentries and droid in the garage. 3 Stormtroopers preparing for their shift in various levels of dress were startled by the intruders. "How did you get in here? Let's get'em boys!" Grabbing their vibroknives the troopers started to move on the intruders.
@Kalle @Vlayden "My eyes are unable to be closed , my visual receptors are on however" the Lumbering B2 unit spoke as they entered the barracks and were promptly rushed by stormtroopers with Vibro knives . Once more righting their canon arm B2 opened fire the red angry bolt flying at one of the storm troopers . B2 would take no prisoners , the disgrace to the BX unit still fresh in their memory cores
Kina had her blaster already in hand, and the DL-44 was a savage beast. She raised the muzzle, squeezing the trigger in rapid succession. The DL-44's stun bolts whined as they left the barrel of her blaster and tore through the air towards the most armored of the three stormtroopers, attempting to down him before he could close the distance between them!
The stormtroopers were merely given a small phrase of greeting in Mando'a - most probably a bizarre thing to hear, given how common Basic was instead - before he raised the blaster and opened fire - taking a burst over at whichever was the most armoured, whilst the other hand unholstered his second pistol to take a burst at the last Imperial; perhaps not quite what he'd intended, but he couldn't complain - all shots most definitely aiming to kill.
"I don't like this," Varel growled, his blaster and knife out in his hands, scanning the small generator room. "Leave everything unguarded just like that? I think not. Maybe somebody got here before us, maybe those sentries we took out back there weren't sentries at all..." he trailed off, already a multiple possible plans and traps surging in his mind. It would do him no good. He needed to focus, needed to sharpen his will and see through the veil of shadows. After all, he who prided himself of being able to manipulate the others to be manipulated in turn, that will not happen, not if he can help it. Taking couple of steps back into the corridor, Varel closed his eyes and let his mind adrift. He tried to feel the world around him, to see it through different eyes, the sight given to him by the Force. He tried to sense the living beings around him, then spread it out and envelop the base itself. He looked for anything out of the ordinary, any possible hint that might guide him on the path or that might warn him of the possible danger. They were in a middle of a mystery of sorts and he was about to try and solve it, or at least pierce some of the layers, through the mysterious ways of his own.
Team Grab @Kalle @bossaroo @Vlayden With a flurry of shots from Team Grab, they showed they wouldn't take the charging Stormtroopers laying down. Valrin's opening shot missing its target, his second blaster finding its mark wounding one of the Stormtroopers with a shot to his right shoulder. Kina's shot scoring a scorch mark in the far wall as the Stormtrooper moved out of the way at the last possible moment. The 3 Stormtroopers quickly retaliated, 2 of the Stormtroopers missing completely. The only one capable of landing a hit caused B2 to be wounded when his vibroblade exposed a panel on the ancient droid. B2 was slower to react to the incoming Stormtroopers than his allies, but that didn't make him any less accurate. Landing a glancing shot against one, it barely had any effect on the Stormtrooper but anything was better than nothing. Team Smash @Colapse @GobMaw_HellSmasha @Casavay @Wata Stepping into the corridor away from the others Varel attempted to reach out with the force. As disturbing as the silence was, save the hum of the generator, the silence he detected from the force was even worse. Perhaps he needed more time to clear his mind, needless to say he detected nothing more than what he knew from his eyes and ears.
When the stormtrooper's swipe at her went wide, Kina attempted to seize the opportunity of his momentary clumsiness to trip him with a kick to the leg, meaning to turn and aim her blaster at his back or down, in case he fell!
Rtora moved inside slowly, senses peaked both physical and mental. Wary of any danger for the Zabrak had made him nervous with his words. His hand slowly and silently unsheathed his sword and grabbed his blaster with the other. He twirled the blade to get a proper grip on it and moved inside to have a look at that panel, trying to find a way to bring the generator down.
The Mandalorian gave off a small sigh now as he saw the Stormtroopers coming at them - a single shot was aimed a bit low on the stormtrooper coming to him; a hit that would unfortunately mean quite a bit of agony on his crotchplate, before the Mandalorian would sidestep if he could - using his jetpack to help with his mobility, using a tiny 'puff' from it - then trying to see about bringing his elbow down on the poor Stormtrooper's backside to slam him into the ground with a pistol-whip for good measure. Unfortunately, he was not going for anything merciful.
B2 staggered as a panel was struck off its body sparks bouncing off the exposed wiring, Swinging its solid arm at the offending stormtrooper and attempting to open fire with its blaster cannon in an attempt to seperate itself from the stormtrooper "DIE REPUBLIC SCUM !" The Droids bass voice boomed
