Banned because you must be blind, this isn't even a Commissariat uniform. It's a Cadian Majors uniform. Note the absence of a red Commissariat sash and also it is against regulation to not be wearing black.
Banned because you have no power over me. For every Commissar you kill, a thousand more shall take their place. Your fight is even more hopeless than the Germans.
