You complaining about a guy who survived Eldar, Necrons, and Nids and having an eye of seeing being on the Imperial side?

Just put his role thingie as what he actually is - a Skitarii. For the sake of this RP. Also there should be a bit of how he got attached to either Elysians, Cadians or the Navigator House.

Will work on it then. I guess this shall be his early years and how he was different from other skitarii.

I would have to play Imperial since I don't know a thing about Craftworld Eldar nor this pact that this RP relates to, though I already have a human character just waiting to start his own story though, do I really want to run a second human character at the same time? Unless I can get some variation here I can't see myself sticking to this.
