Waist high, atleast to the standard guardsman, plasteel barriers rose from the floor to create the battle grounds. At the same time 2 dozen training servitors armed with lasguns and melee weapons entered from the far side. As soon as the barriers stopped their ascent Godric howled as he charged across the floor, his boots like thunder cracking against the plasteel floor.

Raising his Storm Shield to protect him from the rounds, he barreled across the floor rapidly closing the distance in order to enter into melee. He trusted in his allies to rain down fire on the enemy and get good positions while the enemy was focused on the large Space Wolf charging head long towards them.

It didn't take much before the Warp spider straightened himself with the new man's appearance, taking in the words and bringing his gaze to the Imperium soldiers ahead of him. The blades themselves hummed briefly as he adjusted the power settings and tapped them together.
Non-lethal, he thought. Should just bruise them at worst.

Not too long afterwards, the Eldar decided to make his way towards the Pathfinder of the group, nudging her with his elbow and murmuring a few words to her.
"You hit from a distance, I keep them off you?" He asked - presuming her to be akin to the rest of Rangers, using their longrifles as marksmen.

The Striking Scorpion was given a mere nod by the 'Arachnid' now, the man giving the other Eldar a glance before going to stand beside him.

He had little complaints of the idea - his lack of usage of Deathspinners made melee his focus anywhom. The HUD in his helm lit up the numerous Guardsmen and Space Wolf as 'foes', whilst his kin were marked as allies.

I hope they don't try to kill us 'accidentally'... He thought to himself.

"Indeed I may not look fully old to you but I am in my forty's and have out lived my own life expectancy when I served in the guard, many who serve do not live fully through there deployments, seems though jeb has me beat in the years and likely experience part." Milinda said grinning a bit to jeb.

Alton disappeared from view for a minute than reappeared in the scaffolding at least to a very observant eye. From there he rained death on his servitor foes as each shot was precisely made. There was no sound from him and very little to even see. The servitors for sure didn't notice him, Not with a Space Wolf in their face. Between these two they almost didn't need any support but the Skitarii was making good on his skill set.

It would seem that the training exercise had begun, Pliskin thought as he watched various members of the group spring into action. Though it might otherwise be stupid to do such a thing Frederick thought that if he followed the space wolf assault he might get something out of this training exercise other than hiding behind a waist high wall.

Drawing his combat shotgun and ensuring that the weapon was properly freed from its holster Frederick vaulted over one of the plasteel barriers to follow behind the giant figure of the space wolf. Using the space marine like mobile cover once Pliskin was behind the Astartes he began firing at the training servitors dodging around behind Godric in order to get clear shots at the cyborgs. Firing solid slug ammo Frederick sought to use his weapons stopping power to knock some of the servitors off their feet hindering their overwatch. Knowing that this was an otherwise crazy thing to do he prepared his own trench knife in anticipation for getting into imminent close combat.
  7. "Yes I'm well aware I'm a grumpy old commissar Melinda. Now lets not have the guardsmen, Skitarii, and Space wolf leave us behind." Jeb said tipping his cap to the woman before unholstering his bolt pistol and loading a magazine full of training rounds into it and hopping the barrier and charging into the training area. He ran quickly while taking aim with the bolt pistol firing off a few shots before meeting some of the stragglers left by Godric with his power fist set to a safer training setting as to not destroy the relatively expensive machines and anger the local tech priests. "Keep moving! If we want a good time we can't stop moving!" He barked to the team using his combat voice to its full effect.

The Warlock nodded to her kin, "All of you, stay close to me. Pathfinder, you do what you do best. Same goes for you, Warp-Spider. The rest of you, stay close."

With the swift motion of her hands, in a mere blink of a human eye, Firria had drawn her witchblade and begun pumping psychic energy into it and as a result the sword light up in a strong, blue light. Though that was only the beginning of her show of power, her free hand turned it's palm towards the roof of the compound and begun shining with a dull, dark glow of grey. Soon, the Warlock and all around her would slowly get engulfed in a thick fog, though those inside this Concealment Rune, could navigate the fog while those outside of it could not tell what was going inside.

Tan'seren had raised an eyebrow at the 'Three tries for the Eldar' rule, considering that what made the Pathfinders in the eyes of most Craftworld dwellers was the fact that nothing short of a smooth wall twice their height would even begin to count as an 'obstacle'. But she chose not to protest, for pride was not her primary failing.

An unseen impulse transformed her cloak from a declaration of Ulthwé loyalty to a shimmering whirwind of nearby colours. Drawing her power sword, she hit its dull side against the blade-like protusion on her right arm, creating a brief flash of azure as power field hit power shield. "Very well, Warlock", she replied, moving forward in a brisk walk at her command. "Come then, Warrior Aderis. Let us be the tip of this spear."

"I'm a bit excited to see the reputation of the Rangers in action." Was his mere response now, stepping forward into a form of a jog with his power blades at the ready.
His instincts of training yelled at him to take out his Deathspinner and be at the ready, though he decided against it - he admittedly had little idea of the training that may be going on, and should it be a spar between both the Eldar and these Imperials, he knew that using it would result in a gorey death.
All the same, he continued to await more orders for the time being, merely keeping himself within leaping distance of the Ranger.
Suppose she isn't the sniping sort, He thought. Shame. Would've been awesome to see, for once!
