Teleporting Terminators should take a while, like in DoW2. They need to stand still for few seconds, and after the teleportation they also need a fea seconds to move again.

the problem is that teleportation gear (for LSM at least) is only found on their battle barges and the fact that TDAs TP right into the enemy so having them immobile even for a few seconds could be a death sentence.

Terminators should be able to live long enough, and teleporting such a heavy powerfull unit should have its disatvantage if placed wrong.
But that should be the short range on field Teleport, if they retreat on their Ship, and use the long range Teleporters they should be abe to move as soon as they land

what makes you think they have/will have a long range and a short range TP?!

short range if they get the upgrage ( which i hope there are), and long range, because pod drops should be for normal Space Marine

what upgrade m8!? TDAs use only one way of teleportation (one that requires astrapaths and huge machines that are found in space ships) are you confusing xenos technology with imperial technology perhaps?!

If you look at DoW2, which i already pointed at ^^, Thaddeus, Assault Marine, in a Terminator armor, could use a short range Teleport. Even the Commander could Equip a Personal Teleporter, only useable in a Terminator armor

and since when we use DoW/DoW2 as inspiration when we have the TT game and other sources that we can use for inspiration and when we know that what we had in DoW/DoW2 was BS?

I wonder if they'll be able to pull it off? I mean you're talking about teleporting in a LIVE, In the moment, MMO game. I don't know of many that do it. The only time teleportation is used, from my experience, is when they respawn.

If they make a system where the user can teleport from point A to B great. But they'll have to really work out the coding system for that in the event they teleport into a piece of terrain or onto another player.

There are other MMOs who already did make teleportation available, so i dont think the devs would have much trouble making it...if they are making it.

Inspirations can come from anywhere. ;D

And if we speak TT, there are some Units teleporting already on the field, a lot...but these are no SM
