Will you guys be making a techmarine class for player that want to take the repair/support role because i know some friends that would love to play a techmarine in the game

that would make scene seeing how powerful the techmarine could be what all of the arms on his back you know a great ability for him to have is the ability to make a respawn beacon

I dont see why the Techmarine cant be the "engineer" of the SM faction. and depending on how you spec him perhaps you can have options of placing turrets, and enhanced repair functions. beacon deployment. even perhaps a full servo harness option?

Im all for it because if the loyalists get a Techmarine (Iron Priest for SWs) then Chaos gets a Warpsmith

  6. For some reason there doesn't seem to be an engineer class, at least not under Basic classes. I don't see why they'd be Elite though, are they really anymore important than an Apothecary for example? Kind of has me worried.

maybe give a vehicle auto repair when there are inside it and better vehicle durability
  8. Maybe the devs are planning about releasing the tech classes after launch? I think i'll be unconfortable with them as heroes and not as a normal class, i mean they are support guys after all, just like apothecaries but for vehicles and armour, right?
  9. Not if they get deployed with a small army of servitors.
  10. Why they would need these? They should be capable of supporting and fight all by themselves, i think they should have low speed AND "stamina-based" repairing capabilities (i don't want to see indestructible tanks...) and they should be also able to defend themselves as well! After all they have access to cool ranged weaponry (combi-weapons maybe?) and i think that their servo arms could make useful tools for interesting close combat situations other than repairing stuff ;)
That's the same argument about apothecaries after all
