Now, I'm not really familiar with the Tau Empire, but from what I've read from the Lexicanum, KV128 Stormsurge serves as a counter to the Imperium of Man's Titans. The freaking thing has a pulse cannon.

Second image, looks like someone forgot to thin their paints for those poor fire warriors, especially the Sha'ui. Also the pulse rifles, all four of them have triggers in different locations.
... Odd. They already have the Tiger Shark as a method of taking down titans, which is harder to hit and moves at a speed which would outstrip the Stormsurge. This is extremely dubious reasoning.
stormsurge must be considered like a walking tank/stationary heavy weapon. it's not a battle suit. the "i want to kill titan 1v1" is the forge world one.
You can have up to 3 on a single unit AND if you anchor on the shooting phase, next turn at shooting phase you can shoot twice, that's 24D6 missiles
