There's Skaar (Son of the Hulk). There's the Abomination (Blonsky). There's A-Bomb (Rick Jones). Then there's the Totally Awesome Hulk (Amadeus Cho) Or would you prefer a She Hulk? Jennifer Walters. Betty Ross. The Hulk's teenaged daughter!
Apparently this isn't the first time something has been directly lifted M41 - I'm honestly surprised this sort of thing didn't happen sooner. Even ignoring the frequent crossover between aesthetics and shout-outs, some artists still hired by people are infamous for tracing and pinching established designs. Look up Greg Land some day and you'll see what I mean.
