Well... TECHNICALLY (trough scientific procedures) is it completely possible to procreate without males, but it would be incredibly slow, very inefficent and first and foremost, very likely to have Faults.
It's also possible to live in a dark foreboding future where men have their sperm harvested so they could be used for artificially insemination. Where males are little more then cattle and are only around because women haven't been able to reproduce asexually yet. Men become sperm producers to grow the next generation and are kept away from society to fulfill this sole purpose. It's like a feminazi's wet dream. This horrifying reality makes Bloodbath's overall goal look positively heavenly by comparison.
Write a feminazi in the story and everyone forgets their allegiances and gang up to murder her. At least our characters can all agree on something.
