Take half the orphans, strip their skins and mince their flesh. Roast the flesh and mix it with paprika for goulash. Sew the skins into coats. Apply coats and goulash to other half. Hungry and cold orphans solved!
Don't worry I'm not having any pc deaths on the first mission/event/whatever you would call this situation. But yeah running away is advised.

not when it comes out to the public that a "vigilante" did a better job than the cops, and then morph chews your asses out for both failing the job and not nabbing the vigilante.
Does better job? Bah, hardly! Will the 'vigilante' bag all the evidence, film the crime scenes, write miles of reports, hold press conferences, testimony in the trials, read the suspects rights, provide the guilty with necessaries in the jail? I doubt that.
