Argos is more 'better-at-every-aspect-than-normal-person' than super-strong. He could fall under supersoldier-class. He isn't lifting cars above his head, but can run, jump, punch, tapdance harder.

I am that type of person to play simply enhanced police when given world full of opportunities and superheroes.

*Shrugs* Since we are in a relativly tech heavy reality would I say making "explosives" wouldn't be that difficult. (and I would more say criminal than vigilante). Besides, everyone needs a hobby.
