Also wearing green glowing rollerscates which she uses to high efficency. BACKSTORY: Mirgona Gorgion was a small girl, living at an orphanage in a slum. She never really fit in with the kids, having extremely pale skin and quite litterally orange hair. That is the only official record of her existance... as the orphanage, at her 14th birthday burned down, in a blaze of greenfire, impossible to put out by regular means. From there on has there been rumors and stories about a young girl, traveling with two diffrent circuses, three street gangs and one group of homeless people (in that order). Every one except the group of homeless people burnt in the same blazing green fire. Currently does few know the name Mirgona Gorgion... there is only "The Hallow" - "The Blazing Ghost" - "The Emerald Horror" - "The Scarecrow vandal". This strange induvidual is said to live somewhere in the countryside... in an old haunted mansion... Plotting her next scheme. http://imgur.com/a/wH9oG (Image for reference, as It is too big to put into this post ) (Modified it to make it suit a fictional city)
