Vlas'Dra continues to scan the hallways in case any more Hormagaunts approach, but his scanners detect nothing but riddled remains of tyranid flesh. He checks his remaining ammo, and looks at the 3 photon grenades he has, remembering to try to conserve them later. He then presses forth to the bridge to complete his objective. OOC: Wasn't Exactley sure if the grenades are already loaded into the thing or if pathfinders have them on a belt and load them in.
Crysial turned, annoyed yet pleasingly surprised at the influx of allies when moments ago he had fought by himself. He greets them. "Ah a much better lot than that weakling who fled, come I suspect there's a way ahead that can take us to the bridge" He turns and carefully proceeds down the corridor.
OOC: no idea either, just throw them when required Through the Lictor's chameleon skin he can walk first and walks through the halls for now undetected. The Lychguard walks directly behind the Pathfinder as he is slower than the Tau-Recon.
As the Lychguard follows suit, Vlas'Dra attempts to keep an eye out for the mysterious Tyranid who had helped against the Hormagaunts lest he become a foe rather than a friend.
As they proceed, Crysial looks upon the tau pathfinder. "I have slain many of you during my time on Kronus, perhaps your kind are stronger when you have some distance between you and your foes." He wondered out loud.
"It is only the smart way to fight, to end a fight before the fight comes to you as my teacher said. It is the only way the tau know how to fight and we are not shamed by it, for that is why we have the kroot as our allies, perhaps you to can see the benefits of the greater good?"
OOC: It's not like that. Just competing/collaborating to get the gauntlets. Being a creature basically only close-combat, I need those gauntlets' heavy bolters. I can wear them over my rending claws
