You're talking about a game that has 4 tick sliders as graphics options. Other graphics applications are going to be a very long shot. We don't care about the damage, its the horrendous visual effects that blind us that we care about.
Tbh I'd just take a blurring of the screen without all the extra light. Same effect but without the physical blinding of the playerbase irl.
Oh I'm suffering that, just over the weekends, when my LSM only zealot friend plays. Its impossible to play LSM solo with pugs without losing sanity, I'd rather cuddle with Nurgle then go for more then a game a day as LSM with their current non existent level of skill and cooperation-as I've said, unless its a guild group, its just a bunch of infants crawling around in random places.. Yes, a lot of LSM loses would be avoided with a little bit of teamwork. That is my whole friggin point-they don't even give a shit about most basic level of teamwork or objective focus, 90% of LSM think they are stuck in Unreal Tounrnament team death match, ignoring objective as tacticals in empty rooms only to chase down that las cannon dev across the map. There is only so much stupidity I can endure in online game before calling it a day and switching to the other, thinking and cooperating 50% of population.
That's more fair, if the visual is keeping you from seeing irl then it needs to be changed, but it only blocks the corners of the screen for me, not outright blinding unless there is something weird going on with the graphics levels for different people. =s I can't get color blindness as a woman so I have no idea what that's like lol.
Your condescension is noted, but ignored. All I am trying to say that I am sick of everything Eldar gave being called OP. I will agree on vehicles. Eldar seem to be a bit more balanced then they were at release. We are pretty even with Chaos and LSM just got a buff. Let's not mention Orks are winning a lot recently, I would say they are currently stronger than Eldar with their axe strong attack spam. I fear that Eldar will be merged into the ground while LSM get buffed up at the same time. So let's do one thing at a time and buff LSM. Not nerf and buff at the same time, potentially creating more imbalance.
If you do that, then let's buff the damage up. Otherwise you may as well get rid of the gun altogether. I mean changing the visual is possible, but what to? Most likely it will continue to get complaints for blurring up the screen or something like that.
Seems you also ignored the OP of this thread then, because nobody called the sun rifle OP. Until you can figure out how to read what's being said, your opinion is ignored too. Quid pro quo, sport.
The OP is talking about the visual. Except the whole point of the gun is the visual. As I said, change it to a blur. But people will complain about that too. The point of the weapon is to annoy. And when people get annoyed they will rage and complain.
