I don't believe so either. That graph was showing overall Win% I'm sure. The unfortunate part is that people will incorrectly use that graph to complain about LSM winning the campaign. Except even with a 40% win rate you can still get a load of wins just because of total games played. Same goes for the territory argument, just because LSM loses territory does not mean they aren't winning enough games to fill the bar. That's my general view on the whole LSM Win% and Campaign situation right now anyways.
Honestly Eldar should have all the Craftworlds. Its not like it changes anything visually. Unless you play one class or spawn a tank. Woah there, colouring tanks is hard.
I guess it's hard to paint Yme-Loc. Just look at this: You can't just pour bucket of paint on it, like you can do it with Altansar, Seim-Hann or Ulthwe(btw, where is white stripes on ulthwe tanks?).
