You know I would really love to see some awsome night battles. This would be great for strategic players and great for the dark tone of the game.

I loved the look of Dark Millenium - it was stylized, even cartoony slightly. But something about it all really fit the spirit of 40k. Not that I have anything against a realistic style. Space Marine had a realistic style and it was amazing.

Would love some realistic - grim looking kind of gear, with clunky little bits n pieces like medals/charms. Something maybe similar to WARonline?

i would prefer it to be incredibly realistic.
  5. Well the video footage of meet the team was pre-alpha, but I remember them mentioning they would like to go for an artistic painted realistic look like in Space Marine. But only the devs can confirm what it would look like and only we will know once we see some more footage, I can say without a doubt we will not be disappointed, imo.

Yah I have full faith that they will do the IP justice. And by the looks of the concept art that was shown at pax the art team has a good grip on the grim dark feel of 40k.

Art style similiar to Space Marine would really do the job. Art style that looked the same as Dark Millenium wouldn't really be too good in my opinion. I mean, I'm all good with cartoonish graphics and all that but this kind of game needs more realistic art style.

I would also prefer it to be like in Space Marine, maybe even a bit dirtier. The main problem I see here are the hardware requirements. It's simply not fun to play with 20 fps.

Both pov are good I just can't decide which one to prefer^^

Maybe more space marine realistic? For a more mature audience?
  10. I personally feel a balance between realism and having it styled is a good way to go, along with an additional touch of grim-dark to it.

Going to the extreme at one end will just make it... eh, a little much? I dunno, but that's just me.
