  1. I'm hoping it'll be on steam and have a sort of login that just lets you use your steam login to get on automatically (maybe have an off steam way to play?) but honestly, as long as I see the game come out, i'll be happy (as long as getting online wont be tedious)
  2. I can't stand how disrespectful the steam community is. They are rude and hateful too. I almost went into a wall of text about it.
  3. Honestly I think in terms of business, it would be good to get the game on steam at some point. That being said between the franchise, community and developers, it wouldn't be too difficult to have the game as stand alone.

I would much rather give my money directly to Miguel and the team over any third party. however it is a business and as such maximum exposure is needed to make it profitable and thus long lasting.

*Polite voice* I know I might be asking a bit too much, but, will we be using credit-cards or some other method of payment?

Enough with the jokes.... (I like how im waiting for helpful answers on many things, yet i receive useless jokes)
  7. well so you wanted a useful answer: if it's on steam, steam wallet cred would be the alternative to the basic credit card payment. I suspect though that there'll be some kinda in game currency (pay $10 USD for such and such amount of whatever they'll call it if it'll be implemented) that you can get to make your ingame purchases and such. kinda like in spiral knights (been playing a lot so only example I can think of right now) where you can buy crystal energy for real world money and than use it in the supply depot for stuffs
  8. Mr. Caron, as the one responsible for the spark that ignited the discussion and since you leak information that sparks even more intrest. Eventhough your plans aren't set in stone, I have to ask the following:

With the Pre-Order Founder program and the plans to invalve Steam later on in time. Will there be a way to link the pre-ordered game to steam (not only with a non-steam-game link, but as in linking the product key to make client downloads via the steam library possible for optimum gaming)?
  9. I would rather have the hard copy collector's edition. I do like Steam though.

well, if BHVR earns more money by purchasing it with their service, well then i have absolutely no eason not to. i want the game, not necessarily a game + additional launcher
