Most possitive reviews I've read so far tell 100% truth and are objective - they tell that the game is full of bugs and is unplayable, but is loads of fun already. Most negative reviews on the other hand are subjective, they start with a statement that "I was promissed kingdom come MMORPG by holy spirit previous management which is not here anymore." And then they go rumbling about how pitiful they feel about being cheated on and call momy.
Like stated in the Original post, "mixed" is often viewed as "stay away from this". 50-50 or 5/10 is not considered a good review. So the original Poster is trying to rally those who enjoy the game to make a review. its the same thing when you go to a store and the cashier is like "please if you had a good experience fill out our online review" I dont see why this is so difficult to understand. The OP is not trying to change your opinion of the game, only encourage that those that feel positive about it speak up as well.
People flaming OP for wanting people to post their reviews with hopes that most of them are positive to help the game out, while at the same time hating on him EVEN THO on the other hand you have 10 people on this exact forum begging everyone both here and every subredit to down vote and give negative review which is perfectly fine? Lmao that hypocrisy. Even right now you have those people on steam discussion shit posting with no remorse every day, spilling lies about the game and promoting negative reviews and begging people not to buy it.
You should always take -all- steam reviews (positive and negative) with a thunderhawk load of salt. They are about as trust worthy as Dark Eldar. I don't consider "10/10 ork simulator" as a proper opinion or review.
If people write that they experinced loads of bugs and found it unplaybale maybe that's becasue that's how they experinced the game? Dude people are pisst becasue they paid for a different game than we are now getting, It is not the product they were told they would get for their money, we are not cool with it. If you are satisified and can enjoy the game, that is great for you but please be okay with that we who won't get the game we paid for are gonna be pissy about it.
I just noticed this post. I read it and I laughed. You honestly believe you can somehow influence the suits deceisions on this game? I don't think that Star Citisen publisher give two shits about founders opinions about their game (and those guys raised $10m via kickstarter basically). Game development is a rough (I mean they spill blood on every board meeting) and cruel business which is basically authoritary. It's not some democrasy. Definitely not ruled by a bunch of people that try to ruin the game they all invested into... plz
Soooo, why not say exactly that in your review? If the overall experience was positive, regardless of whether it was because the game is set in 40K universe then surely the review should be positive?
