Games Workshop didn't pick them, a small team from Funcom approached GW and bE with the idea of the game.
I can´t talk about the sternguard but you can mirror most of the Chaos RTS weapons using mods. There is the mode with the same effect the Ragespitter gives in the game. There is also The burn effect for the autocannon in the game. I would believe that you can built all the RTS weapons with mods. I know only about those two for certain though. They won´t look like it but they will be like them statwise 100%.
It is nice being the valiant knight jumping in to defend him, but at least, make yourself look better rather than showing your stupidity. you totally missed the point. He takes himself as an example to evaluate the amount of time needed to get a weapon for free. He totally forgot about that new player who is totally new to the game mechanics. New players tend to get their teeth bashed in in the game. that is a fact. Ther eis another thread where they blame new players for the huge amount of loss for the SM. Stop spending time on forum fanboying and just red more.
Should've sent me a message because I didn't see that post. Anyway, I definitely can compare Battlefield to EC in this because both of them are using the same/similar business model, which is less of an excuse for EA because they don't have to run servers and they have a lot more resources.

So? I don't get your point, what are you trying to prove now? That EC had harder road to go? Who cares? Players want a good game to play, they don't care what was going on behind the scenes, do you expect new players to think: oh man, look, EC is so shitty but BHVR was in such a big mess, I feel sorry for them - let's buy this game for 50 $ instead of a quality finished product for the same or even lower price, LOL ?
The lesson I learned is that I start liking EA again. Spooky ehh? But thats right...you get a game thats working there. You can throw all the BS at them for their business and shops...yet...somehow, buying an EA product at least feels like they use a condom when they f++k me.
Before calling someone "fanboy" check his previous posts. You know this is really funny. Talking about anything with people like you would just show my stupidity. So often when I am saying the game have serious issues but it is fun to play there is always some troll calling me a fanboy or white knight calling me a troll. I could tell you that store is not working damn good but it is still not that bad as you are trying to prove. I could tell that players with more experience are favoured in any kind of game and that every game have players who are new to the game mechanics. I could even disscus about it with you. But sorry... I am talking with persons who could express their opinions with some basic respect. Clearly you are not one of them.
