Contacted Steam Support on the 5th about this. Still no response from them.

It was listed at $49.99 USD for a few days. It should have been $39.99 USD. If you were like me and put it in your cart the night it was still $39.99 and then purchased it from your cart later (had to get a steam card) you may have gotten a bit screwed in that small time period.

i just got my reply from steam and they said there is nothing they can do unless i am eligible for a steam refund. with more than two hours played i am not eligible. bummer

There giving me full refund to my steam wallet and removing my game...so i rebuy at discounted price :s...why the cant just refund £8 is beyond me.
