Heck yes I do! Plus one to my movement distance! : D
  2. I could actually stand to have orks be weaker in a one on one scenario as long as they gain effectiveness when in a horde.

If it was true to the lore, it would take a lot more than 6 Ork Boyz to take down one Marine player. A Space Marine can take on a mob of dozens of Ork Boyz (with a few of bigger guys thrown in) and probably come out on top, which makes sense. They were designed to be that powerful. One man armies.
The Eldar would do better, but not by much.
Both would need to be bringing in some heavy firepower or lots of numbers to have a chance against Astartes.

That doesn't make any sense at all. In lore or in this game. An Ork Boy killing a Marine in Terminator armor with a single axe hit is just....stupid.
  5. >Walking Tank
    >Killed by a single shot or crude axe blow

I don't get it either bro.

Guess you have never played TT. I know that most post heresy is simply bolter porn, but an ork is usually stronger than a astartes, so why is it so hard to believe? Give him a big choppa and he is done for.
  7. With Terminator armor?

    Really?

TT =/= Canon Lore. It's balanced for gameplay, it's fact that the BL lore is the official stuff.

I disagree, quote from Lucius (arguably the best swordman in the Horus heressy, primarchs apart) fighting howling banshees "but these howling warriors, many of whom Lucius now saw were female, were almost as skillful as he. Their bladework had been exquisite. One of them, a female who had fought with axe and sword had actually managed to land several blows upon him. His armour was cut open in several places and but for his inhuman speed, he knew that he would be lying as dead as the warrior woman at his feet."

You keep spouting what is fact and what isn't. There are limits in the TT game. A guardsmen cannot kill a tank, UNLESS he has the right weapon.

Secondly, the argument of what is canon could go on for days, but I can guarantee that if it happens in TT it, as you so reasonably stated, can "fucking" happen and is lore. Or are you stating that Codex and source material is LESS important then some Space Marine loving BL author?
  10. I hope they do and I think they will. However, it is a damn unenviable task.

More so if they introduce something like the tau etc.
