  3. I would just want to know if it would be possible to decrease the efficiency of Devastators in melee combat. It seems they are the ultimate stun-lock class that once engaged in close combat locks you in stun that ends only with the death of Devastators victim.

    Because melee range is death to me as devastator.
  5. I will try to atack one and record it for the purpose of proving this. Although this may take some time, since its mid week and i am quite busy. Nevertheless I will come back with the video as soon as possible.

    Jump Assaults will have the same sort of choices as everyone else - spiking into survivability, damage or utility. Some people can rock the Jump Assaults right now and they're still good for certain situations at any level of skill (where you can surprise someone or want to dislodge and individual). So I wouldn't expect their "base" survivability to change much, but you'll have a number of ways of increasing your health and armour, or to add melee hit procs.

    Remember that in the absence of the accessory system the current stats on the characters are basically assuming a certain stat budget. Possibly the difference between the Jump Assault and other classes right now is that for most of them are probably close to the middle of their survivability, whereas Jump Assault are on the low end.

    Yeah that'll happen for sure. We haven't spent much time on them since we've been concentrating on the core, but that must change.

    Heavy attacks seem to be wiffing a lot, or even the blow travels straight through the middle of your target and does no damage, powerfist especially. Have the hitboxes been reduced? Feels really punishing for an ability that is so animation locked.

    Clanging off walls and boxes is becoming pretty annoying, i'm all for realism with the game engine, however ppl are now cheesing this as the limited number of melee attacks sometimes makes it impossible to land a hit or crouching ranged just blasting away at point blank back to the wall/corner. This is not effective use of cover, its taking advantage of the lack of attack options for melee. If we had a thrust attack for instance this would not be an issue as i would just stab them in the head plus it would largely decrease the FF damage from wild arc swings of ppl trying to score kills. Lets be real here, a trained Astartes is not going to get parried by wall anytime is he lol!!!

    Plasma Cannon continues to be ridiculous and MoN definitley feels a lot weaker.

    Seconding this, though im on the receiving end of power attacks, they are noticeably less threatening than before last patch, its either an aimng bug or complete desynch, because most of the time after such not-connected power attack i find my enemy behind me, like he passed through my character.
