There was somthing... strange in his eyes, as well as a small blush. "Well... how about we go get some burgers? Then we can walk about while we eat." He said, his normal voice somewhat subdued. He was still staring at her, definitely distracted about something.
"I've never had it before, but I'm willing to try, especially if it will make you happy." Kelley laughed at his girlfriend's words, but reached over the table and squeezed her hand. "Then I'll order several smaller dishes and you can try and see what you like, ok hon?" The waiter at their table walked over to them and introduced himself. "May I take your orders now, sir?" Morain winked at Kelley back. "I'll eat whatever you order me, Loren." Kelley looked back at the menu, then selected a few items and looked back at the waiter. "We'll take the sushi sampler, plus a small dish of fried kalamari, two bowls of miso soup, and a small rice box with eel on it please. Extra sauce in the box." Then he took two small plates and placed them before Morain and his own side. Pouring soy sauce into them, he added a generous amount of Wasabi to his while he looked back at Morain as he mixed the green paste with the soy sauce using the chopsticks expertly. "Do you know how to use these? And do you like spicy things?"

I don't mind it, but too much spice and it ruins my appitite" Said Morain as she looked quizzically at the chopsticks, and attempted to emulate what Kelley was doing, somehow ending with her tossing one onto the table behind, thankfully empty. She retrieved it and tried a few more times, finally slamming them onto the table. "I... can't use these, Loren. They're too confusing." She said, looking at him with upturned eyes. "Spicy? I don't mind it, but too much spice and it ruins my appitite" Nodding, Kelley placed a smaller amount of Wasabi on her tiny sauce dish. He watched in amusement as Morain struggled with getting the usage of the chopsticks down, and after a minute of watching her struggle she placed the utensils down on the table, hard. "I... can't use these, Loren. They're too confusing." Kelley smirked, then slid into the seat next to her. He placed his arms around her and calmly moved his hand over hers, and placed the chopsticks back into her hand. "Here, let me show you." It was difficult, as she really had trouble with the coordination of her indexs, which was strange to him. But he ignored it like a good boyfriend and patently taught her to hold the utensils and after a while she finally got it down. Sure Morain won't win any chopstick picking contests, but at least she could eat with them well enough. By then their food had arrived, and Kelley slid back into his original seat, preferring to see his girlfriend without twisting his head to the side. They tried a bit of everything, with Morain really taken with the Miso soup and bass and salmon sushi, as well as the volcano rolls. She didn't like the eel or the fried kalamari though, which left Kelley to finish them by himself. Thankfully he was hungry and the dishes weren't large. They finished up with green tea ice cream which they had fun with feeding each other and payed the bills (well Kelley did, he won't let Morain spend any of her own money all day). They then walked over to check out a few more stores when Kelley looked at the time on his digi-pad and grabbed Morain's hand. "We're going to be late. Let's go!" And the couple rushed in the direction of the shuttle down to Earth, unbeknownst to Morain.
Kyras got up and stretched the next morning. He rubbed the sleep from his eyes and returned to his room. He greeted Obyron and sat down on the edge of his bed and began tinkering with a half built Wraith. Obyron sat down and stared over his shoulder. "It is rare to see you and Yalei apart these days" Kyras shrugged "Shell find me when she wakes up. Anyways, on to business!" Obyron nodded. "Yes yes, the upgrades have been installed. Now onto your status briefing..."

Late for what?" Morain asked as Kelley dragged her along. "Where are we going, Loren?" She didn't understand, not even as they got on the shuttle, they had been moving to fast for her to see the signage about. The shuttle began to move, and Morain was doubled over, trying to catch her breath. "Wh-what's going on..? Loren?"
OOC: And I thought this RP was about anime-esk Robots fighting a cliche Space war of Loyalist and Separatists. Enyo carried another missile into the pod. The weight of these things only allowed one of a time, but he had just finished and placed the last one at Broadside's leg battery. He always personally loaded the ammo when he had time. Painting the Red X on every single missile and every belt of ballistic ammunition. The mark of his old squad provided a reminder of the reason he had been punished to this damn Carrier. Wiping some of the sweat from his brow, Enyo cracked his back and began to leave the zone that his FRAME was held and approached the main console. After pressing a series of buttons, the lights that shined on the Jet black mech died down. He mumbled something to himself and closed his eyes, opening them to find his FRAME disappeared in darkness. Leaving it behind him, Jury chimed in as usual. "Fiiinally! You're done with that rust bucket! So, where are we heading now?" "Im not sure yet. We'll find out together." Enyo replied in a tired voice, due to the fatigue of loading a FRAME solo.
Kyras sighed again. The last few months had been making staying happy a real trial, but this....At least the ship wasn't hurt. He went back to welding the Wraith. He would see what Yalei wanted when she got here.
"Late? Late for what? Where are we going, Loren? Wh-what's going on..? Loren?" Kelley pulled her close as he pulled out the guide to different places on Earth. He said with a smile on his face. "You said you wanted to see Earth right?"
