< @MetalDog4 > "But..." She was cut off by a message on her Dataslate. She looks at it, and then to Connor. "We need to go see Commander Yilli. If you want, we can hang out more later... please." When they arrived at the bridge, the commander was waiting for them. "Connor Banning. Your codes checked out. I have requested a transfer for you under my command. But tell me... why were you out here?" < @Xanxas > "I guess... that'll have to do.... I love you..." Yalei seemed to finally be calming down. She reached out a hand, stroking Kyras' face in her sleep.
<Before the bridge> "Of course we can hang out more later, it would be my pleasure." He gave her another smile before following her to the bridge." <At the bridge> "Glad to hear they checked out, I had some glitches when I first signed on, people kept having to call other people to verify I was in fact who I said I was. Fortunately, that got sorted out about 6 months ago. I actually don't really know why I was out here, all they told me to do was to go out here, keep watch for the enemy, and they would be back in about a week. That was two weeks ago, and I never saw anyone until you all showed up, and I couldn't get a hold of my command either. Glad I always have a month of supplies on board the Warthog."
"Marry..? Loran Kelley... yes. Yes, of course. Of course I will marry you!" Beaming Kelley slipped the ring on to her left ring finger and lifted her off the ground. Morain practically jumped on to him, wrapping her legs around his waist as they kissed, forgetting about the world for a moment. Veronica squealed and began hopping up and down, asking everything from wedding planning to whether or not she can be a bridesmaid.
"I Alwalys plan to have you at my side Crow. Never would think of leaving you or the others behind. When we find that world we go to togther." She said looking to Crow, "Besides I don't think I could imagine leaving you behind or having you not at my side." she said taking his hand and looking to him.
< @Vulpas > Suddenly, Crow pulls Sentinel into a kiss, running his lips over hers. He soon pulls away though, looking away and ashamed, but still embracing her. "I... I am sorry, Sentinel... I don't know what came over me." < @MetalDog4 > Commander Yilli was pacing as Connor spoke. "Who was this 'they' specifically? Did they give you any additional orders? What planet were you deployed from?" As she asked these questions, she was poking around on her dataslate, her eyes grim and her mouth frowning. It seemed Kylei had stepped out of the bridge, but as she left she whispered "Meet me in my quarters. The coordinates are on your dataslate." < @WanderingJester > Morain pulls away from Loren, to look him in the eyes. "Morain Kelley... I like the sound of it." She says, before leaning in to kiss him again. It was a quick peck this time, though, as she turned to look at Veronica. "We can plan all this later, Veronica. But for now... none of this would have happened, if it wasn't for you." She smirked a little bit. "By trying to keep us apart, you drove us together. And now, I couldn't be happier. So, more than a bridesmaid, I ask you, as my sister and best friend, to be my maid of honor."
"Morain Kelley... I like the sound of it." Kelley smiled and gave her a peck back. Then Morain turned to Veronica. "We can plan all this later, Veronica. But for now... none of this would have happened, if it wasn't for you. By trying to keep us apart, you drove us together. And now, I couldn't be happier. So, more than a bridesmaid, I ask you, as my sister and best friend, to be my maid of honor." "YAY!" The SOUL continued to bounce as they hugged again, and Kelley looked at them, amused. "You know we've got a few months until our discharge right? We can plan the stuff until then."
Connor cleared his throat as he answered Commander Yilli's questions: "Experimental Systems Command ma'am, I believe the goal was to test the integration of the naval ordinance into my FRAME'S systems, as well as the integration of my SOUL with the control software. I deployed from planet...Yammar I believe." A quick glance down at the dataslate showed one message from Skye about his night and the coordinates.
< @WanderingJester > "Discharge?" Morain looked at Kelley, looking serious "I am not waiting ten months to get married, Loren. Right now, my family and friends are on this ship. So are yours. Speaking of which, you need to plan your bachelor party, and find a best man. Come on, Veronica! Let's go find Michelle!" And so it was that the girls left to celebrate, leaving Kelley to figure out what to do next. < @MetalDog4 > "Yammar... damn. Helmsan, set a course. Rider Banning, you may go." As the Commander gave her orders, the bridge erupted into movement. Something was likely very wrong. But Connor couldn't get anymore attention, the Logistics officer Bill Moren telling him only to be ready to deploy on a moment's notice.
Connor saluted "yes ma'am" He promptly made his way back towards Kylei's quarters, contacting Skye as he did so. Immediately a small holographic projection of a rather attractive woman with blue eyes and platinum blonde hair appeared. "Where are you off to?" "Not important, get the Warthog ready to go, Commander Yilli said to be deployment ready." The hologram gave a sarcastic salute and winked out of existence. He just shook his head as he found himself in front of Kylei's door. He knocked on it and awaited a response.
