Instead, he had the four SCARAB escorts he had help him pack everything could need. He was going up against an entire manufactorum. The amount a company had back on earth before space travel per factory (that company being foxxcon) was 24500 employess. And this was a fortress world's main manufactorum, not some puny 21st century earth company. He would be massively outnumbered. His backup was minimal. He would need all the Dakka he could get. Thus, he grabbed chameleonic generators, a sniper rifle, a fuckton of grenades, the aforementioned giant laser machinegun thing, a powerful automatic rifle with flamethrower attachment, two pistols, nervegas grenades, two pistols, a portable shield, a portable missile launcher, and a hyperphase sword. He was ready for war.

Kyras Sprinted to his FRAME, reaching it in short order. He entered it in the typical fashion, and then quickly barked to his SOUL "SERYU!" "everything is loaded sir!" He nodded and a second later they were in the air. They quickly descended through the atmosphere, guns tearing through anything that even looked at them funny, the AA guns quickly saw his incoming and redirected some of their fire to him. Flack bursts exploded near him with alarming accuracy, and a few got close enough to leave gouges on his outer armor. He fired back and slagged a couple, though this being a fortress world a couple wasn't a huge deal. He finally landed on the wall of the complex, receiving a few more gouges from its guards before they fell to his canons.

There was no hesitation. As his canons fired one after the other, he spun his RoTC around so that each firing end was aimed at the enemy as the other cooled down. The canons tore through one swordsman after the other, as clump after clump of the enemy bladesmen were destroyed by the RoTC blasts. The lightning proved deadly for grouped individuals, arcing between the troopers once in a while. With the element of surprise and the cover Yalei provided, the initial foes stood no chance. [15 bladesmen down]
-Nate Bishop & Auriel- "Riders, Finish preperations and enter your FRAMEs, we are coming in hot!" Archangel was already in the FRAME prep area, waiting to head out. "Changing heading 125.749! Riders, you have cover! Move NOW!" With that Archangel surged forward and out of the airlock into the void. The blackness of space was lit up like a Christmas tree, with troopers and FRAMEs every which way, all of them firing on one another. Archangel boosted forward, and saw the other riders moved forward as well. He opened a message and sent it to everyone else (@Xanxas @Andraina ). "Best of luck guys, take care and be safe." He flew forward to meet the first wave of riflemen. The enemy troopers turned and fired at Archangel. Shots hit the bulwark FRAME, sending sparks and making burn marks on the surface. Bishop shot a hook out, piercing one of the troopers and then twisting his FRAME so that the wire used it as a wrecking ball in space, smashing the rest of the riflemen in the vicinity and destroying all of them. Bishop then took out his sidearm and blew the pinned trooper away, before boosting towards the orbital stations ahead. Auriel, at her rider's signal, opened a comms channel to the Lævateinn. "Freya, what's the plan? I can spot targets for the rest of us, but since we're not out to destroy the stations it might not be that useful." -Loren Kelley & Veronica- As Fate's Edge moved towards the FRAME preparation area, Kelley opened up a scan of the Military Mega-Facility that was his objective. He marked one point, the closest entryway into the facility, and sent it to Dunni, along with opening up a comms channel. "Hushion, I am taking the mecha launch catapult down. I suggest you do too. I have marked the entry point of which you will assault. I will be assaulting the facility directly on the opposite side of it, so you will have plenty of time to get back to Starrunner if... something goes wrong," Kelley wanted to just say if the other rider wants to run away, but knew a level of civility must be shown. "You have my permission to do whatever you see fit to complete the mission." With that Kelley cut his comms before the rider could throw meaningless insults and glares at him. Dunni was not a soldier, just someone else dressed in a uniform, Kelley didn't expect the other man to understand. Instead Kelley switched the channel over to Veronica. "Let me know if he say anything important." The SOUL nodded, but looked at him worriedly. "Are you sure you should be using that system Mr. Kelley?" Kelley looked at her with sad eyes. "I have no choice Veronica, so I hope so." With that the first announcement came. "Riders, Finish preperations and enter your FRAMEs, we are coming in hot!" Fate's Edge moved to the mecha launch catapult, locking his FRAME in. A red light appeared on his heads up display. "Hey Veronica?" "Yes Mr. Kelley?" "I have a chart of my biometrics with a ceiling mark on hand, but just in case if you monitored that something goes wrong, take me out only when I threaten the mission. I am diverting the system master lock control to you now." Veronica swallowed nervously as she gained control. "Please be careful Mr. Kelley." The second announcement came. "Changing heading 125.749! Riders, you have cover! Move NOW!" The light flashed green and Fate's Edge got launched straight at the Planet below. Instantly the Zodiac flooded Kelley's mind with the tactical and strategic data of the battle in space. Fate's Edge twisted and weaved around the fire, but saw three squads of enemy troopers directly in its way. Kelley deployed his straight sword and cut two of the Riflemen of the first squad down as he passed them, boosting faster so that they couldn't get a lock on him. They didn't even noticed Fate's Edge until the two troopers exploded. Another missile FRAME attempted to get a lock on Kelley. A harpoon landed on it, dragging it to face another direction as all the missiles meant for Kelley flew wide out of the launcher. The last riflemen had formed a firing line though, and as they fired the first volley Kelley couldn't dodge all of them, knowing if he increased the speed more on the thrusters he would be pushing it. A shot hit the FRAME's shoulder, causing Kelley to feel his own shoulder bruising. His eye flashed at the biometrics; it was rising fast. Kelley boosted straight at the enemy. "Outta the way." Two cuts and the riflemen unit was no more. Kelley forced his breathing to slow and felt his heart rate lowering, the bars of the biometrics reflected the same. He descended on the planet, to assault point of the military facility opposite of where Supernova was supposed to be headed.
< @Xanxas > The torrent of fire gave pause to the Troopers, but not for long. The remaining swordsmen charged as the riflemen circled about, shots blasting Yalei, but she still stood. "C'mon, Damn you! IS THAT ALL YOU GOT!? C'MON! YOU WON'T GET TO HIM!!!" With that, Yalei dropped her shields, drawing her blade and cutting a swathe through the approaching swordsman, diverting all attention to her FRAME. A swarm of missiles were also launched towards her, finding holes in the Splinter formation. Kelley landed and was immediately set upon by a large amount of swordsmen. Atop the walls stood what looked like a very simple medieval knight. It held no weapons as of yet, but Kelley would have a suspicion of who it was. [ 100 Swordsmen ; FRAME ; up to 20 kills ; light-medium wound ]
The swordsmen remaining lasted but a second in the veritable flood of firepower unleashed by the PRAETORIAN. Kyras quickly turned to the missile frames and tried to shoot down what missiles he could, many he shot down, some missed, but one impacted his shoulder. It cracked his visor, impairing his vision but not stopping it completely. He quickly retaliated, taking a large number of enemy frames down in retribution for his damaged eyepiece. [5 bladesmen, 15 missileframes]
-Loren Kelley & Veronica- Fate's Edge landed, and was immediately surrounded by swordsmen on all sides. The Zodiac instantly calculated the estimated formation, core stat of the mechas, and best possible tactics against them and relayed them into Kelley's brain. He looked around, and saw a lone FRAME on top of the walls. Kelley grinned, wondering how Ioren felt after their last meet when... he wasn't quite himself. The Swordsmen closed in, and for a moment Kelley wondered if he should just kill them all. Yes, he can just kill them all. "No!" He said out loud. Veronica gave him a concerned look, but left him to it when his biometrics only rose slightly. Kelley took the closest swordsmen and cut it apart, using just enough speed to aim an upward slash that bisected it. He cut another two down with an activation of his laser sword. With the twin swords, Kelley went through the enemy ranks, slicing and dicing as trooper after trooper exploded. Just as he was about to slice into another trooper, one of the enemy took advantage of his back and sliced its sword into Fate's Edge. Kelley stumbled forward as though someone just took a titanium baseball bat to his back. Then twisted around to cut the attacker's head clean off with his straight sword, causing the rest of the mecha to explode. So many still, maybe he should just. Kelley shook his head. He had to stay in control, for the mission. OOC: RESULTS: light wound taken, 10 Swordsmen destroyed.
Freya sighed, it was time to get onto Mission mode, "Freya Unison, Lævateinn Here we go!" She launched into the chaotic maelstrom. The Sarge, and Bishop could probably protect the ship easily enough. It was her job to go and get the intel that the operationneeded. Therefore her primary goal was to break through the enemy lines which she did armed with Mortal Summer, Laser and blade opened a path before her as she took several pot shots from the riflemen trying to stop her. She was heading for the hanger of the Enemy station having no misconceptions of reaching it easily. 3 Blademen 4 Riflemen donwn Ineffective shots to left shoulder, Right forearm, left foot taken, approaching First Orbital defense station.
