Star Wars - Rise of the Sith (Post Episode VI)

  1. It was safe to say from getting a glimpse at the Jedi that whatever he thought a Jedi was before, was clearly wrong...and Nexnip no longer wanted to touch the glowing sword either. He saw what happened to that one trooper did. No. He wanted to keep all of his limbs on his person. Running and walking on all fours is way faster and much more efficient than just his hind legs.
Nexnip looked down at himself and realized his fur just changed color. No doubt because of that...disarming move the Jedi pulled off. He would have to calm himself before he could utilize his camouflage again, sometimes his mood fur just felt like a bane to him. But he couldn't complain too much, he couldn't imagine life without it.

Seeing the force at work elicited a displeased 'harumph' from Zuri, who did not like Jedi or their ilk at all. Not that she had a personal dislike of them, most of the younger ones she'd met tended to be pleasant in person, but their magic spells made the ordinary skills of a bounty hunter look... well, pedestrian and useless in comparison. More than once, she'd been asked what she'd do if the target had a Jedi bodyguard. 'Directed explosion', she'd usually replied. With increasing diameter, the number of situations an explosion couldn't solve rapidly approached zero.

Noting the flight of their foes, the Chiss leaned out and attempted to stun them with carefully aimed shots, now that the pressure decreased, directly taking down one and needing a short salvo for another.

A bit late, but Stormtroopers carry two normal concussive grenades and one thermal detonator as standard-issue. The catch is that the thermal detonator can not be primed by anyone but the Trooper carrying it, because they have individualised codes and unmarked buttons, and even if the movies and all wouldn't suggest it, thermal detonators are kind of rare and not everyone, especially not the simple rebels, know how to use them. If you try to use one without priming it, it explodes once you let go off the dead-man switch.

This practice continued into the Remnant time, actually. The Imperium lacked people, not guns, at the time. Kind of an inverse WWII Russia.

Alastain scowled after the fleeing stormtroopers, sniffing in a way that made his mustache wiggle. "A credit to the uniform!" he shouted after them. "More cowardly than a Jawa without a spine!"

    Kai-
Looked to the large numbers and the reinforcements coming down the hall and needed to make a decision. He activated his com in his helmet and spoke. "Incoming Reinforcments from the imperial side, Someone Get a suppression weapon down here we need Something with a bit more bite to hold them." Kai said His Blaster went up firing off two stun rounds at two storm troopers one of them connecting and sending him back to the ground.

Another one hitting the troopers arm and causing him to jerk back and fire at him. Kai Ducked as the blaster polt caused a penal near him to explode. A idea rose in his head. "Anyone on the bridge can you Activate the fire control suppression systems and Give our storm troopers Friends a Cold surprise of Foam?" he asked as he Took Covered and fired back.

Its getting hot here almost to hot We may need to Retreat Just to Survive this. he thought to himself.
  5. I don't believe the force can mimic hand prints so that answers my question. However concussive grenades I don't believe have that fail safe, Right?

It's not handprints, it's literally a code. But I don't think the force can just give you that, GM decision I guess.
But the concussive grenades are not coded, that's right.

Keep in mind Urian nixed it already I think. I just had to share, I suffer from knowledge-sharing-logorrhea
  7. I'll just stick with being the scary adorable bunny then

The Jedi and the 'little' Nexnip could feel the force-bond increase as the combat intensified. It was even easier to topple over the Stormtrooper that Nexnip focused on. Almost as if it was no effort at all. However, the Stormtroopers focused and reinforced their fire. First the weak would fall and the strong would remain. Well. If a Jedi wouldn't interrupt most blaster fire! "YOU FLASHLIGHT SWINGING BATHROBE WEARING BANTHA FODDER!" One of them yelled while unleashing his blaster in full automatic salvos upon the Jedi Knight.

Which was lucky for the rest of the rebels as they barely got any hits! Well, one.... Two, fell.... But the remainders quickly retaliated and downed a multitude of soldiers.

    Stormtroopers:
    11 continue to fight.
    The 5 that ran escaped.

And I negate the grenades just for the sole reason of gameplay because the following would happen with you guys. You would loot the grenades and suddenly throw them all and kill/knock them all out :p Gameplay>Lore - sorry

Also feel free to get rid of 1-3 each of you :)

    MAIN REACTOR
    @Vulpas | @Avenging-Angel

While the Hyperdrive was defended vigorously by the rebels, the Main Reactor was somewhat of an opposite-heading battlefield. Especially after downed Stormtroopers were first dragged away and then replenished by reinforcements!

@Avenging-Angel - "We could get the vents running, ma'am!" One replied while reloading his blaster.

@Vulpas - "Negative! What if there will actually be a fire? The main reactor is too important to risk being incapable of getting rid of fire." The captain himself responded, seeing inquiries of the group important enough to answer himself - apparently.

The Imperial troopers continued to focus their fire, almost not caring about Kai except a few sporadic shots to apparently scare him. A couple of rebels fell, while Imperial Troopers did, too. It appeared an even match due to the thick smoke in the hallway, but reality was that the Imperials would overrun them shortly.

    Stormtroopers:
    30 continue to fight.
    Reinforcements still available.

Also feel free to get rid of 2-5 each of you :)
  9. Nexnip felt good...which was strange that he felt this good during a fight. He never felt good about fighting. He would normally try to hide and avoid a fight if he could. He would really only step up if his friends were in danger. But even then he wouldn't feel such positive energy coursing through him. He felt really good. It was strange, he wasn't sure what to think about this sort of euphoric rush he was experiencing. He would have to go tell Zuri after all the fighting has died down. Maybe she'll know what that meant.

The stormtrooper he was looking at seemingly tripped on absolutely nothing strangely enough. These were the Imperials? These were the people they were suppose to be afraid of? They couldn't even stand up straight without falling over themselves like newborns.

Despite the odd sensation he felt he was able to calm himself enough to utilize his mood fur to camouflage himself again. Surveying the on going fight he looked at a few stormtroopers using some cover. It would be great if they didn't have that cover anymore. That way his friends wouldn't have to worry about wasting their shots and didn't have to risk getting themselves hurt for much longer.

Force Pulling some of the cover the stormtroopers are using. Hopefully doing so the pulled cover would hit and knock over any stormtroopers that happened to be in front of it (be it 1-2), and stick the stormtroopers that were behind it out in the open. (Focusing more on lowering their defenses and possibly moral.)

Also the looting of grenades fear has it's merits. Because it's exactly what would happen.

At first the feeling could have been ignored as the rush of battle or his own channeling of the Force to increase his concentration on the task at hand but now it was rather obvious that there was someone force-sensitive among the crew, though he could not focus on who considering all his attention was needed to continue deflecting bolts. For the moment he was just thankful they weren't among the enemy's ranks.

Now that there were fewer troopers shooting back at all of them, he decided it was time to press the attack just a little bit. Cyrus closed the distance with some of the troopers, one of the man's shots being redirected right back into his right collarbone. A short jump over one of the troopers' makeshift barricades led to another being cut down. It really was at times like this Cyrus was grateful that his master had focused his saber training on form III.
