Hyperdrive Engine* The old warrior staggered as the explosions shook the walls, almost stumbling against one, but he supported himself with a hand and pushed himself away from the wall as the blaster fire erupted around him. "Half a galaxy was brought to heel with your predecessors, and you can barely hit a man!" Alastain bellowed over the ringing blaster fire. "What sloppy marskmanship! It would never have passed in my day!" He joined the other rebels in firing potshots at the stormtroopers.
HYPERDRIVE ENGINE @GobMaw_HellSmasha | @Casavay | @Kalle | @UnluckyFellow As a telekinetic push emit from the little furball, both Xinkra and Cyrus could feel some sort of symbiosis it was almost as if the force was boosted by the mere presence of the Jedi being around which allowed Zuri's companion to not just topple the Stormtrooper over but send him flying against a nearby wall, knocking him even out, or just causing enough pain that he did not dare to get up. "JEDI!" One yelled and pointed at the Lightsaber in the distance. "JEDI! JEDI! JEDI!" The various stormtroopers yelled, a couple of them running away in pure fear. All the while the Rebels flushed out of the engine-room now after having seen the deed of the Jedi, not knowing it in-fact was the little sentient furball. With the morale high they opened fire on the Imperials - causing some casualties on both sides as especially the Chiss managed to send a Stormtrooper to the afterlife, or well. A deep sleep - thanks to the stun setting. And Alastain brought another one down, just as the jedi made his assault. Soon after the Jedi was upon the enemy, having deflected all incoming blaster fire into the walls. He removed two hands of a single stormtrooper and pretty much faced no real counterattack as they were more afraid of him than anything. Spoiler: OOC: There are like 5 Stormtroopers running away, 6-9 dead and another 15-25 who fight. Your rebel allies are probably like 20 of their own. Feel free to kill 1-3 stormtroopers each of you or if you don't want to kill, knock em out cold. MAIN REACTOR @Vulpas | @Avenging-Angel The Twi'lek manged to down quite a few. Or perhaps one. Who exactly knew with all this darn smoke in the way?! Either way, casualties suffered on both sides as the blaster fires reduced a little, but not by much as the Stormtroopers continued to move forward while firing in full-automatic. The rebels stood strong and formidable, even as those around them died. "Even Ewoks are scarier than you lot!" A rebel yelled to the Imperial Ranks. "My brother was crushed from their sideway tree-smash contraptions!" Was the answer he got in return. While another one said among the Imperial firing line. "I hope they don't have Ewoks here... They are like mini grizzlies..." Kai just shot one off them into the head and knocked him down, but it appeared the helmet saved the soldiers life. The Imperials had trouble concentrating their fire now, but with fresh reinforcements, they would be able to continue the assault and punch through shortly. Spoiler: OOC: There are like 15-25 who fight currently with plenty of reinforcements still coming. Your rebel allies are probably like 40 of their own in total there. Feel free to kill 2-4 stormtroopers each of you or if you don't want to kill, knock em out cold.
HYPERDRIVE ENGINE Well that was certainly werid, Nexnip thought to himself. What made that guy suddenly jump all the way back like that. He looked like he hurt himself. Nexnip was almost going to check up on the poor guy to see if he was alright. But then he remembered the guy was an Imperial...or something like that. And they were sort of in the middle of fighting them, so he decided against checking up on the guy. Though the thought did cross his mind. What was weirder was those troopers reaction to the Jedi guy that showed up. He didn't seem too frightening. Nexnip knew frightening. The Xinkras back on Kushibah, those were frightening. This guy looked like he just got out of bed and decided to join the fight in his pajamas. Though they looked like rather comfortable pajamas to be honest. They must have all been lactose intolerant or something. That or the man's big glowing sword, possibly both, who knows in a galaxy like this. The glowing blade shone with rather colorful light, it looked really pretty to Nexnip. He kinda wanted to touch it, but he decided on not doing that now and asking the man later if he could. Realizing that not all of the imperials ran away from that troopers incredible backward jump into a wall he went back to looking toward the fight. It was quite an astounding feat to be fair, but Nexnip didn't think it was something to freak out over. Some of the troopers that haven't immediately started running away looked like they really wanted too. And with all those bodies and blasters on the ground near them they would have been bound to trip over something. So he decided to look at one of those Stormtroopers legs to see if they would end up tripping over something. Spoiler Force pulling some stormtroopers legs from underneath them so they would fall over and possibly trip any of their remaining buddies if they tried to run away like those other guys. If you want a grander spectacle by all means be my guest. I'm liking how things are turning out so far. On the other hand, the troopers amazing jumping skills caught Nexnip off guard and his fur changed to a solid Orange to reflect his rather perplexed state.
HYBERDRIVE ENGINE Alastain suddenly leapt out from behind cover in a remarkable feat of agility for such an old man. He had shifted his blaster's firing mode, and fired off a salvo of stunning beams. The beams hit two men square in the chest, and a third as he dove for cover, sending the stormtrooper crashing head first into the wall. "Who trained you?! Zeltros burlesque dancers?" OOC EDIT: In a rush I read 1-4. Corrected now.
Main Reactor @Uriel1339 | Cursing the smoke Na'tala just fired at the stormtroopers she couldn't see, letting out a small cheer as first one and then another armoured body clattered to the deck. Turning to the Rebel next to her the Twi'lek had to shout to be heard over the shooting. "Can't we do anything to get rid of that damned smoke?" It was too difficult for the spy to see what she was shooting, unlike her fellow Rebels who just hosed the doorway with fire from their rifles, and so Na'tala impulsively scooped one up from where a dead Rebel had dropped it. Spoiler Is it possible for me to take a blaster rifle from a dead Rebel? Spoiler Edited! Not changing my kill count though.
Spoiler: OOC I'm all for collecting loot and all that. But looting it from your buddies just seems rude to me. As a side question though, do any of those fallen stormtroopers have thermal detenators on them. And for a completely unrelated question. Is it possible to activate thermal detenators through the force? By activate I mean primed to blow
Spoiler: OOC Well I know The New Order/Galactic Empire stormtroopers have them standard per kit. But that was back when the Empire had seemingly infinite resources at their disposal. But Imperial Remnants are sort of hurtin at this point though. Do they have the resources anymore to keep concussion grenades as standard issue? Spoiler: OOC Alright fair enough. I have my buddy Zuri for that anyways. But for future reference, could you possibly prime a thermal detenator with the force?
Hyperdrive Cyrus couldn't help but enjoy the sight of fleeing stormtroopers just a little bit, he still was not quite used to some people being deathly afraid of him. He around the cover some of the Imperials that had actually chosen to stay and fight were using, quite literally disarming one poor fellow. Having gotten a better look at the extent of the enemy forces, he decided it would be foolish to simply rush them all. Instead he stood and tried to draw their fire away from the others, slowly walking back towards the rebel lines. He managed to get a few blaster deflections that actually found their mark, ending another two. He spoke into the still open comm. "Some retreating from the hyperdrive, they may be headed to help the reactor!"
