Zuri took Kai's flower and blinked at the man. She knew the gesture, but apparently she'd vastly misinterpreted its meaning... after all, she was not aware of any bigger personal engagements between the two. Still, she thanked him and kept the pretty little thing in her hand. "Thank you, Kai."

"Look, everyone, I killed him. He is dead. Life is a binary state. And NexNip is right-" she petted him again... it felt so good to know she had not lost him to his father. To feel his fur under her fingertips. To hear his little voice next to her ear. "Let us not waste time with talk when we are called to action, right?"

Cyrus accepted his bunch of blooms from Kai. "Thanks a lot, hope the old guy proved to be good company while I was out of it." For just a moment the Jedi thought that juggling the blooms in their plastic containers might make for a good show...but his maturity won out this time so he did not.

He grinned at Zuri. "I'd disagree because I'm a sorcerous bastard...but even if we haven't truly seen the end of him then it's still good to know you're capable of dealing with a Sith Lord."

"That kind of reminds me." he said looking back to Zuri, "how did you get off of Ithor? And how did you even know where to find Onii? I know how good you are Zuri, but we had no information of his whereabouts. Even the information Fett gave us didn't state an exact location on him. No offense, but it seems pretty fare fetched that you were able to not only get a ride from Ithor, but also tracked Darth Onii down, took him out, and came back here without some sort of assistance or direction."

He looked over to Kass with a smirk, "You didn't exactly give us any information about Zuri leaving or coming back. Were you planning on making it a surprise? Or did you actually break your comms when you threw it at the wall?"

"Kriff, even you knew why Zuri left" he said looking over to Kotep, "how'd you know that Zuri came back from a hunt? Is that just something Mando Delorians know naturally...no, you knew too, you probably knew she was hunting down a Sith Lord too huh? Am I just being left out of the loop on everything?"

Nex's eyes widened a bit at the mention of a Zabrak. They've had runs in with some particular Zabrak. And it wasn't the best of meetings. He looked over to Zuri briefly, and then back to Kotep.

"What Zabrak, who were they?" he asked, his voice and mood darkening to a more serious tone, "Did it happen to be a female Zabrak by any chance..."

Cyrus shook his head. "So she wasn't even a force user...yet to give off such a sinister presence. Well I just hope we haven't simply traded one evil for another." The Jedi yawned. "Nex, work for another half hour on Form I before you go to bed, alright little buddy? I left the datapad with the holotrainer on it in your room."

With that, he turned around and made the walk back to his room. Today had just been a bit too much and evening mediation brought him no peace. His mind started to wonder about all sorts of highly unlikely but all equally bad futures. Poor Cyrus sleep was not a restful one either, he woke at least twice from a nightmare that he could not recall specifically but they both involved Dagobah.

~~ Retcon + Moving on, Early Morning (5am) - Hotel Lobby ~~

Zuri not really revealing what happened beyond 'he is dead.' the group was left with packing, dinner, and so on. Short before everyone went to bed, everyone was asked to get up at dawn in order to get ready. And so the group complied and now was to check out of the hotel, having gathered their few possessions they had. Minlan had virtually nothing except his walking stick, and so that was that for him. Vala gave his farewells for now as he apparently found a new opportunity of work elsewhere, in his bag the leftovers of the destroyed assassin droid(s) and some blasters. So the group was once again reduced, however. It was still in question whether Kotep would join or not.

"Cyrus, you look terrible." Nex said mid yawn. He himself didn't look too awake. It wasn't due to not being able to sleep. More so of him physically exhausting himself last night. When Cyrus told him to take thirty minutes to practice form I he did as he was instructed. He took the datapad and set the holotrainer up in the gardens again. Due to having very little concept of exact time, he decided to use the holotrainer as a means of telling him when he should stop. Unfortunately for the Kushiban the timer on the holotrainer was not changed from the two hour setting it was on for their previous training sessions. He wasn't sure how long he actually managed to train, but he was pretty sure he passed out at some point. Because he didn't remember going back to the hotel room that night, despite waking up in it.

"Did you get any sleep" he said in between a yawn, "because I don't remember when I fell asleep. Pretty sure I konked out sometime in the middle of my training last night. Hopefully the ship has some bunks or something...and that we're not expected to do anything while on it...I wouldn't mind a nap myself."

Cyrus let out a really long yawn, he stood slouched over not even fully awake yet. "Not really...think I dreamed a Rancor chased me through a jungle. " He reached down at lightly patted Nex on the head. "It's good you're enthusiastic but it is possible to train too much."

He tried to rub the haze from his eyes as he addressed everyone else. "Given the size of a cruiser...I'd say we'll be at least another day to Yavin so if you need a book to pass the time just ask for one."

"Train too much...But it was only a half hour right?" he said, his eyes drooping a bit as he looked up to Cyrus, "isn't that what the holo trainer was set too? Besides, how can I train too much. I need to learn as much as I can. I need to be as ready as I can be for...anything that happens. Not just for myself, but for everyone's sake."

He yawned again, working his mouth and making little noises.

"But if it's really going to take a day to get to Yavin...I'm sure I can rest for a bit...a nap would be nice...maybe some Bantha milk. A pillow to lay myself on, a blanket to get comfortable..."

As he was listing off things he began to slowly doze off, the last bits of what he was saying coming out as an incomprehensible mumble. As head was lowering it quickly jolted back up as he stirred himself back to consciousness.

"I'm up, I'm up..."he said nervously, before his wide eyed expression faded back to a tired stare.
