  1. I was just hoping the Imperials would fire on an jettisoned escape pod without checking what exactly the life sign was aboard

Then we can see how well the captain who ordered to fire on the escape pods apology goes over

  2. His breathing became less labored. His heart rate, which was skyrocketing moments earlier was slowing down to a much more manageable pace. Reuniting with Zuri helped calm her Kushiban companion. But it did not put his mind at ease. His mind still raced with thoughts, what they needed to do, how they could escape, what would happen if they failed. They needed to get out of here. And unlike many other occasions, he felt like they couldn't do it alone this time. That dark cloaked man. The one who tried to tempt him into joining him. He felt that he won't stay down for long. He knew damn well that he won't stop coming. They needed help, whether Zuri would have liked to admit it or not.

"No...Zuri that man...that man would kill you without hesitation or remorse. I...felt it...I can't even describe how I did or what that even means...but I felt it...." He muttered admist his exhaustion, still trying desperately to catch his breathe.

"We...I hate to admit it but...we're out of our league here...we...can't just leave...we need help...we need to help them."

His eye lids felt heavy, he felt like in any other circumstance he could fall asleep right then and there. But he couldn't lose consciousness now, he had to stay awake and vigilant. For both of their sakes.

Okay here's my idea, it's just crazy enough to work...well hopefully.

We jettison an empty escape pod, any of them really, one in need of undergoing repairs, one with a duo of smart aleck droids in it, any of them would do. It doesn't matter which.

We lead him down the same hallway with the missing escape pod toward us. As soon as he steps in the path of the jettisoned pod and toward us, Cyrus and Nex, both being rather exhausted at this point will use the force together to activate the door to open the jettisoned pods door and have him pulled into the vacuume of space. Which they will then seal again averting the problem...till next time at least.

If he ends up being a bit of a problem to dislodge, if he gets the fancy idea of bracing himself to the doors frame, and not being keen on letting go. Then Zuri, Nat, and Kai positioned far enough away that the sheer force of space pulling on the Sith would endanger them the least, can all lay down suppressing fire on him. He would have to make a choice between concentrating on protecting himself from incoming lethal blaster fire, or preventing himself from being space debri.

First issue that crops up is how do we all brace ourselves to the ship to keep us from being sucked out as well...

    I don't know.

But I can't think of everything right?

-Kai - Down the Hall from Reactor.
Kai Cursed as he made his way down the hall Part of the sliding door was blasted and was now half shut and half open not enough for him to get through, He could hear screaming down the hall and yelling. "IF YOU ARE ALL COMING SOMEONE COME HELP ME WITH THIS DOOR!" he yelled down the hall to the others as he began pushing to help it get it out of there way so they could escape this quickly.

He soon began pulling it out of there way he could see there various choices of the halls beyond the door, A few sections were choices, A way to the escape pods, Up to the barracks and the make shift armory the ship had and another leading to the central Corridors to the upper parts of the ship.

@Vulpas | Noticing the helmeted cyborg heading towards the damaged doorway Na'tala made her way over to help him, trying to not get noticed by the Force-users.

Reaching the near-human the Twi'lek dropped her blaster rifle and joined him in hauling on the door. Anywhere is better than here.

  5. I think that's suppose to be the door behind you guys. I'm considering the fact that the Sith Lord came through the same entrance as the Stormtroopers. The same door Cyrus and Nex force pushed him back through to buy time to escape.

So the door Kai is at is the only way out I suspect that won't be going through the Sith.

Which we would rather try to avoid.

The Sith was pushed back as he held his own force against it, but the sudden rage and combined forces allowed the Jedi-couple to push him at least a foot, almost two back. "It is a shame that you elect that, little furball. But... Your fear tells me you are not afraid of me. Very much you should be afraid of what you are capable of. The next time we meet, I will give you a final chance to join us. Until then.... Train, because I will kill all your friends in front of your eyes, until you feel nothing but hatred, and then you have no other choice, but realize your true power is hatred." The Kel Dorian laughed.

He watched the group flee in despair and terror, simply watching them, before making a dramatic turn and took his leave. He after all needed messengers - what good would they be dead? Plus, there would be no pleasure in killing weaklings. They were worn out just from some random soldiers. No. Conflict made warriors better, not slaughter. They had potential, and the Sith would ensure that they still could become potential assets for the Empire.

OOC: You guys were simply overthinking it :p
  7. Aww...I wanted to toss him out an airlock. Eh, there's always next time

The sudden interest the dark cloaked man had in him made Nexnip feel...uncomfortable. No, even worse then just simply feeling uncomfortable. It felt as if something had a vice grip over his heart. He felt as if he became way worse then a simple burden to carry. He felt as if he has became an endangerment to everyone around him. There was no way he would ever agree to join that monstourous being. But he also knew there was no way for them to stop him. Not in his condition right now.

A thought such as that would have never occurred to him till this day. Nexnip never thought he could be anything more then nuisance to anyone in the Galaxy. What sort of situation did they just find themselves in now? What was to become of them? He didn't want any of this. But at this point, he wasn't given any other real choice but accept it.

"Zuri..." He said, looking into his old friend's eyes "I'm sorry... I didn't know..."

What made matters worse was that there was no way he could deny being the force-sensitive on board now. What he did was clearly that of what Jedi were capable of, And Zuri hated Jedi. She probably hates him too right now. And that sudden realization just made him feel worse.

He was in need of a serious nap right now.

Having made it out of the corridor Na'tala had no idea that the Kel Dor had left. Realizing that it was only she and the cyborg she fished out her comlink again.
    "Anyone receiving this, please respond."
Whilst all Na'tala knew about the Jedi had come from stories, information about the former Emperor's much-feared enforcer, Darth Vader, had been much more widespread, and Darth Onii had seemed very similar. Images of the others suffering the same fate as Kromar, or worse, raced through her head, the Twi'lek feeling ashamed for abandoning them.

Cyrus waits in the standard form III ready stance until the sith lord has definitely departed. As soon as he's certain the Kel Dor isn't going to leap out from the smoke and attack them or something, his lightsaber's blue glow no longer shone as it was powered down as he slumped into the nearest wall, breathing like he'd just run five marathons. He'd have probably been digging into his own life force to power the concentration and reflexes needed to try and fight that sith. After a moment of recovery, the jedi gathered up his robe and wrapped up Alastain's body with it, giving at least some manner of dignity to the fallen.

He breathed heavily into the commlink. "We read...all clear. Captain, our invaders have been repelled, get us the hell out of here."
  10. "I hope you have enough robes for all of them..." Nexnip solemnly said. It was true though, they lost a lot of people today. It was better not to dwell on that fact. What mattered now was surviving and informing those who can help them what happened.

He put a hand on his head, he had a splitting headache that felt like his brain was rupturing from the inside.

"Jedi...any idea who that was?" He asked.
