No Darth has german names, (that I know) because then Darth Maul would be 'Dark Mouth' so yeah... And you are telling the german about German words, tz tz tz (since I am the GM I take all and everything personal) And Vader does mean Father. George Lucas said so. Which is according to some other dudes on the internet. But the fact it's top result, I take that as 'yup'.
