Standard of Blasting bug?

    It only equips on tacticals, while not being in tactical tree? Is this a bug, or thats how it was supossed to be?

    Did not want to start new post so will ask here. Do any of you see model of this standard when in battle? In loadout when uqiping it i can see blue model on my backpack but in battle it looks like i have nothing on my backpack.

    This is probably bug or intended?

    You only have it when you have squadlead.
    And when you are in cover as leader, it becomes invisible to not give away your position.
