It's a skill to develop, and it helps to have a good mouse.
You can also bind your shooting to the mousewheel scroll. It's a little odd for fingers, but if you can get over that then you have a variable RoF for adjusting to range and recoil.

yes all weapon will be "normalized" the -10% was only a fix for the lack of proper itemization.

What an odd idea, but I can see how that could work out, cool

    Thanks, sounds good to me.

Well I would like the Stalker Bolter to do a little more damage then a standard bolter, or it already does... I just did not noticed yet. Can someone verity that for me on that?
  6. Interesting. But rof will still be somehow limited, right? As in not "infinite" rof if I scroll my wheel the fastest possible?
  7. imo stalker should have higher damage per round but be less accurate when not scoped.

  8. You can hit "X" on your keyboard and change fire mode on Bolter and Stalker Bolter to semi automatic firing mode. To see the modes switching watch your weapon/ammo window at the bottom right of your screen as you're hitting X.

Semi Auto is in fact superior than the "burst" fire on the Stalker. Once you become accustomed to semi auto fire on the Stalker, you'll wonder why there's even a burst fire mode because semi auto is so superior.

It's in the patch notes, but I'll vouch for him. The 10% damage reduction in AS and APO weapons has been lifted. That's why there is so much argument about Apos being Tacs with 20 medkits. AS and APO have the same armor and weapon damage as a Tac. If you'd like I can search through the patch notes but...I'd rather not lol.

Also, the Stalker Bolter and Standard Bolter shells do the same damage. The advantage of the Stalker Bolter is that it can fire "as fast as you can click your mouse" dead on accurate while scoped and when using the single-fire mode. Basically, if you can click fast enough and keep your accuracy, you can fire full-auto speed with dead-on accuracy while scoped. The Standard Bolter (for all classes) is a better general use weapon. No matter which you use though, NEVER use the burst-fire mode, it is useless.

Note: X key changes firing modes.

Edit: The Stalker Bolter might have a higher headshot damage multiplier, but don't quote me on that.

That depends on the game. I honestly haven't checked to see whether there's an artificial limit on the stalker bolter. This game is pretty far from a twitch shooter, so I haven't needed it.
