For the squigs, might I suggest a long screeching sound, somewhat similar to a raptor or other dinosaur, complete with loud ticking noise and beeping noise?
I'm not sure how effective it would be to ride a squiggoth, when there are perfectly good motorcycles to ride instead. And as opposed to a giant-titan-squiggoth, I'd suggest a Gargant instead.
The Squiggoth is better: it feeds in combat, not to Gargant that it takes terribly modern gasoline... I tried to eat a squig once...it didn't go so well. I think it was more experienced at biting off faces than I was. Maybe eating a dead squig would be safer...
Squig Launcher is a unit of Orks Sauvaj 'Epic Armageddon, a huge catapult launching squigs on the head of the enemy !
