This is just a thought but I think SM will be the faction who wins most battles because of the popularity and will probably grow to have the best pvp players eventually and will evolve to have the most veterans. Until after some time all veterans reroll another faction. hmmm, thats a hard one, i will of course vote Space Marine because i love the Space Wolves, but Chaos Marines can be badass, so tough call there.....
Only a fool would over-estimate the fighting capacity of his own faction. The loyalist dogs will be numerous, as will the Orks, and numbers win battles. Beyond that, however, it depends on the strategies employed by the War Councils, and how well we listen.
