Zryas-Vehd could not help but laugh from the obvious, or his exhaustion which turned him hysterical. Eventually he calmed down and smiled a bit. "As scholar of Vaul I don't really mind why or for whom you want something... Just let me know what it is... Although since you are Commorrghan you understand that this... Bases of a trade, yes?" A grin appeared upon the Artisans face, one which seemed darker than Kholivaz could imagine the man could express. Though the Yme-Locian could be just acting through the knowledge of the Path of Awakening where he also perfected his gestures?

The Warp Spider nodded, resting one gloved hand on the edge of the Wave Serpent's door as she watched the small diplomatic group disembark. She would need al of her keen awareness focussed on the conversation to come. With this in mind, she settled into a crouch at the doorway, at rest, but ready to spring into action should she be needed.

If the Ranger does not take that shot in time - I will be behind their Lord in a heartbeat of Khaine. Behind purple lenses, green eyes narrowed and began to calculate trajectories and angles of fire.

"As you command, Captain, and may Hoec guide your diplomacy."

Liriasol nodded as Visethianne took up his position as dipomatic envoy. A good choice; the Avenger was a noble caste, teaching dedication to the cause of the Eldar and aggressive defence. The other Eldar would only order an attack should it prove to be a trick, or if diplomacy failed. The Ranger hoped that wouldn't be the case. Liriasol had no problem shooting Kroot, but then again he had no particular desire to do it. Being a Wanderer of some experience had placed him in contact with Tau, but he'd spent far less time in any kind of position to appreciate their allies without the intermediary of a rifle. So he was curious.

"As you command, l-Keis," he almost mis-said, shaking his head slightly at the sight of the Avenger's delicate hands setting his shuriken catapult in an easily accessible position, the memory of that strange laughter ringing in his head. Even supposing they found themselves immortalised in song, this wasn't some tale where the heroine (or the hero as the case may be) disguises their gender to go to war to be with their beloved. He might as well suspect the pretty Warp Spider of being a man in hiding, although that would apparently disappoint a couple of the crew.

He glanced sideways at Kara'shanwe. That really didn't look like a disguise the lady would be able to make a success.

All other thoughts were pushed aside as he took up a comfortable sniping position, hidden behind the shrouding of the transport's entrance and sighting down his rifle. His breathing slowed, steady, as he focussed his alterness on keeping the Shaper's eyes in his crosshairs.

Kholivaz crossed his arms and gave the Artisan a skeptic look. "Understand I agree to trading for such a request, but also understand that too great of a request may drive me to anger; my wrath great and my vengeance swift, Craftworlder." He knew of a few items that he had killed to gain and would readily kill to keep.

"And you would never get what you desire and perhaps the knife I gave you would suddenly explode or send some other sort of beacon out, letting Aranethyr know that you killed me." The Artisan replied, crossing his arms as well, his face becoming serious.

"Alas, back to the agreement. As scholar of Vaul you see I don't get my hands much on certain things. And I was hoping you may be a little help. In particular I am interested in what the Mon'keigh is up to, especially since his mere being threatens the Farseer. Become my spy and keep me up-to-date what is happening, and I shall craft whatever your dark and cruel heart may desire." Zryas-Vehd said, not letting the Comorrghan wait any longer as he seemed to have consumed his own patience.

Visethianne signalled his or her brother to hand the object given unto them by the southern Kroot tribe as they advanced. The Kroot's eyes narrowed.
"Warrior unseen," started the creature. Visethianne turned to Cair, as he himself was unequipped to understand the creature. There was a tangible tension in the air now... Perhaps the object meant dire news?

The Reaper hands over the parchment as he replies: "Hunter indeed" (OOC: It rhymes in the Kroot tongue!)

The Kroot nodded and took the parchment with a thoughtful "hmm"...

"So it is war..." It slowly said, looking up to Cair.
"You come, into our home, to deliver death!"
The Kroot made a gesture and the gates behind Minna slammed closed, burrowing its sharp edges in the ground.
"What is going on, Cair? What's he saying?" Asked Visethianne as he backed away. The Guardians raised their guns, Visethianne tried to keep his cool.

"The Kadariis want war?" The Shaper yelled, the Kroot around him roared.
    "The Kadariis have it..."

(OOC: Cair should interpret "Kadariis" as being the name of the southern Kroot.)

The Reaper smiles at the word choice used by the Kroot Shaper. "Deliver Death? Certainly, but not unto you or your people! We seek only certain items from the humans on this planet, we can cut a hole in their defenses and cripple them so that you might retake your land from them. The Kadariis's Shaper promised his assistance should we deliver that note to you. Will you not join us as well?" The Reaper radiated calmness, his voice level as he delivers his statements to the gathered Kroot. Those who survived the fight on Iyanden had learned a lesson, no matter how cut off, surrounded, and outnumbered you are, as long as you are alive, there is hope.

    <Amriel>
The Corsair (OOC: Soon to be Corsair-King! ;)) flinched as the Kroot roared, he had no desire to lose his other arm, and he had already drawn his weapon, ready to give his life so that those inside the Serpent may escape.
