Ok so you guys show up in the Last Wall book in the beast arises series. AND PULL THE BEST PRACTICAL JOKE EVER! You literaly show up in the very last sentence of the book, and what you did made me laugh so damn hard. This one is totally worth reading. Just start the series here ignore the first 3.
His "..." was, at least by my interpretation, meant to indicate that the comment he quoted in turn was further evidence of his original point, which I therefore quoted as my reaction was much the same. I could also have gone with 'cosigned' or 'seconded' for much the same effect.
Okay if you guys really wanna know. Spoiler The book ends with the eldar causing an explosion in the imperial palace right after the ork ambassadors get done trash talking the high lords of Terra. All we know is the eldar attacked/blew something up and the book ends.
Here's an interesting thought; What if it is in the eldar's best interest that the emperor returns? So they blew up the golden throne so that he could reincarnate like the perpetual that he is. After all, if I remember correctly. The Emperor before the heresy was willing to talk to the eldar. As was the imperium. I dunno. Food for thought.
It looked more like they were trying to piss off the orks and get them to attack Terra right away. My geuss is they are trying to distract the beast away from themselves. Which is a terrible idea based on the scale of the ork invasion.
