Sorcerers?

    I am just curious how many of you will try to become sorcerers when you first get the game? And if you answer yes, what kind of power do wish to wield?

    Hell yeah!

    I don't mind if we can't become full blown sorcerors so long as there's some kind of magic-wielding class. As a fan of Tzeentch I'd love to get some tactical spells like mass invisibility or mass teleportation, so you can guide squads around to get the jump on your enemies. Otherwise throwing round some warp fire and summoning the occasional daemon on the side would do me just fine.

    I prefer abilities that would boast my skills and physical talents. Like my swordsmanship and speed.

    I would like to be able to become a full blown sorceror of Nurgle.
    Spearding his gifts with some awesome AoE DoTs.

    They should be make to be durable but with low DPS that culminates as the spell goes its duration.
    Casting all sorts of virulent plagues that both kill and weaken your foes, so you would be an offensive support class.

    Maybe some spells that would slowly chip at allies HP to a certain point (25% before they stop?) whilst giving them some range resistance?
    All in all giving us a full blown Nurgle sorc experience is what im really desiring out of this game and what im striving to become once i get my more than eager hands on this upcoming masterpiece.

    I'm very curious to see how the "magic" system will work. Seeing how the game obviously is designed with fast-paced action in mind - I doubt we'll see too much of traditional MMO spellcasting. Spells heightening resistances, lowering recoil, increasing melee damage ( Not to mention pure offensive spells ) seems logical though.

    My class was selected 15 years ago...
    Must have Mark of Tzeentch... if I can't have Thousands sons, I'll have the next best thing.

    I usually go for the protective and healing attributes, well we will see what is up for offering then we get to pick out what seems the most interesting.

    In all likelyhood there will probably be a base "Sorceror" archtype sharing the same spells - With different choices in the forms of specific marks. Perhaps even with visual queues depending on what you pick. Warpfire flowing around a sorcerer of Tzeentch, or a Nurglite sorcerer surrounded by fumes and flies.
