It clearly wasn't. It was a shitshow for all three, it's just the shitness levels were intolerably high during the LSM campaign. It's pretty clear this is because a larger subset of the LSM population are one-faction-only as compared to the other Factions, so when the others had their campaigns, there was still a decent population of LSM to fight.
Elite of other fraction was released after campaign is over so I don't think that is real cause. The eldar campaign seems to last longer than before and secondary goal for other fraction to achieve. Let's wait and see.
Ever since they announced the "2 month roadmap", it's felt like they're just stumbling around in the dark and shit gets done "whenever". Melee rebalance never happened, or a complete and working campaign system, or new mods and wargear...basically everything they said was in the 2 month roadmap didn't really happen. Maybe some back end server stability stuff did happen, but this game needs new content. Now.
They're trying to figure out a cosmetic for eldar. Current suggestion is the current vanilla shoulder but a slightly brighter texture.
I hope for thier sake that we are getting something, anything at this point very soon, like tomorrow!
Judging by what was used for Chaos and Orks, they do have a cosmetic for the campaign. However, last I heard from Noah was that it had no art. And the Autarch is missing assets. It's gonna be a while.
The whole galaxy is unfair to us since the Fall, but dont despair, kin! Once Jain Zar is back from her vacation she will surely lead us to glorious deaths for those magnificent shoulder pads! Surely shoulder pads worth hundreds of eldar lives thrown into meat grinder over the desolate imperial planet.....
If she will return. She got a part time job, personally murdering mon'keigh in DoW3 and she enjoys it very much.
