You are not fucked over at all, You choose to buy the items and the currency required. You could easily buy the 9000 RTC pack then wait for the next campaign and get the 10000 rtc item without paying for more currency. You pay to get it now. You cannot complain when they offer free means of obtaining the RTC items over time just because you or others want it now and pay for it.
Character slots are coming, Inventory is being done away with completely, Cosmetics are among the only items sold for RTC. How much more like guildwars do you want? D: Hell they could easily allow you to convert RTC into requisition and make more money from people who are to impatient and want every supply crate now.
I can complain about anything I choose to. I fully expect those complaints to go ignored, of course. Also, I laugh at the notion that I should have sympathy for Behavior regarding Eternal Crusade's microtransactions.
