I shall join the Night lords with my Raptor Marine and Aspiring Sorcerer but my Aspiring Sorcerer will eventually join the Thousand sons or one of it's warbands (Prodigal Sons, Brotherhood of Dust, Warband of Sektoth)
I personally shoulder the costs by having college many many years behind me. That always help the wallet.
I am actually looking forward to this more than Curze to be honest. REALLY hoping they do some Attramentar to go with him at some point too....
