Type: Light Weapon (Bolter) Based on that description it seems like it will have a unique sound when shots are fired. Though it seems to have no stat adjustments. Unless screaming ammunition is an actual thing I don't know about. Does it shoot faster to sound like a constant scream? Seems smaller too so faster weapon handling? I also read the description on the Eldar Dire Avengers weapon it said "Hefty casing makes for a much more solid impact if the Eldar is forced to strike a target in melee," Maybe the extra spikes could add that effect too? But then majority of Chaos guns would be like that. Also melee attacks automatically switch to the CQC weapon, in these cases Knives. I am confused. Still got it though because Night Lords swag.
It lacks duct tape and rust...and this look way too clean and neat to be from us...I find that insulting to my scavenging rights. But even more insulting that the pattern been stolen from us. We should definitely get the right to kill and loot it back...and get some rp from it. I don't recall us to be strong on the love all and share your goodies...
its a 2k battle and this will be my third attempt to beat him (chaos lord mark of nurgle, jump pack twin lighting claws)(warpsmith mark of nurgle,burning brand)(10man tac squad mark of nurgle plasma /auttocannon inside rhino)(5man tac squad mark of nurgle plasma gun inside rhino)(5man chosen squad mark of nurgle with autocannon inside a rhino)(9man raptor squad with 2 melt guns the lord is with the raptor squad)(storm eagle gunship with twin multi melta and dirge caster its an assault vehicle so ill be able to charge my raptors out when it comes in)(predator tank auto cannon heavy bolters)(3man obliterator squad mark of nurgle)(5man havoc squad 2 flak 2 autocannon they have a rhino as well but wont be inside of it)
All right let me undust the csm codex but so far I would save points by removing some mark of nurgle and cut the fat off. More tips as soon as I am off serfs duties. If you have his army list that would be helpfull too.
Most of his weapons will insta kill me if I dont take nurgle marks,(his ravenger heavy support unit is killing me every time.....dark light lances are wack and I hate them
Alright, so far without changing all the units on your list this is what I would do. I'd drop mark of nurgle it cost too much for what it do, if he kills your troops instantly ...give him more to slaughter and drown him in blood. At 2000pts the heads counts is lest then 40 night lords ( I here assume that they are night lords). That is slim on numbers and fat on points, i'd rather have 80 + I recommend more brothers + one insane pilot* or you could be funny and use a lot of serfs**. More on that later. Now that big flying iron turkey thing I don't get what is it for and i am not a fan. I find it too expensive same goes with the warpsmith (except the cool models effect). Yeah, i'm cheap, so we will remove them from the list for now. Auto cannons yes please the more the better... Fast Attack: 9 raptor squad with 2 melt guns mark of slaanesh , icon of excess 249pts Elites : 1 helbrute* auto cannon 110pts ( you can try all you want,but it wont fit in the rhino ) 5 chaos terminators reaper autocannon : 182 pts (walk) 10 chosen squad with mark of slaanesh, icon of excess, 1 meltagun, champion: power weapon 188pts (rhino #2). Heavy Supports: 5 havoc squad 2 flak 2 autocannon 115pts (rhino #3) 5 havoc squad 2 flak 2 autocannon 115pts (rhino #3)or 3 obliterators 1 predator tank lascannons heavy bolters 135pts Transport 3 rhino 105pts Spend remaining points on extra fast attack/extra HQ (maybe fit back that warpsmith) And lascannons/autocannon the hell out of that ravager while screaming We have come for you!! A general rule is to never bring cultist against Dark Eldar cause they won't have time to do much and then they die...but are serfs suppose to do much more then that?
