Nostramo is still here. Noted. Honestly, I'll be surprised if this isn't a Night Lords specific 'skill' of some sort. (on the matter of differentiating between legion/sub-'race' playstyles) It could be a cooldown use, or to avoid the term 'cooldown', have a recharge. Since the word 'cooldowns' and 'mmo' make people think of hotkey pressing.
Looked it up, and turns out that the Tyranid Hive Fleet: Moloch (aka, my favorite fleet) is currently cleaning out the Ghoul Stars. Just letting you know.
